I know Wasim Stationers for over 30 to 40 years. Here you can buy good quality all kind of stationary at appriate rates.The only difficulty is that it is located in a congested area area of Saddar Rawalpindi. I normally avoid going there unless there are many compulsions which cannot be avoided.

A lot of variety in stationery items but they sell at an insanely high markup. Most of their stuff is imported from China so it naturally costs less but they dont pass it on to the customer. The case in point - they were selling a Butterfly T-square for 600 while the shop next door to them was selling the exact same thing for 450. Look at the margins.
