This is a pretty awesome crib for musical minded souls! Came here for a quick guitar string swap, on a rusty, beat down cheap 6 string I got a couple years ago, and didn’t bother looking after. But post work results weren’t disappointing at all. Good quality work done instantly with quality products. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable, friendly and knows his stuff well. I was allowed to touch all items and test their sound, provided I remained courteous myself and did not wreck anything, which goes without saying for other customers in the future. The prices are fairly reasonable if you’re not looking to compromise on quality. They have a range of cool items. If you visit, please be respectful to the employees, their products and store timings, and they’ll take good care of you. Recommended? Certainly :)

I recently had the opportunity to go to Hi Volts in Bahria town, although i spent most of the time tuning the guitars, the experience i had there was amazing! the employees are incredibly helpful and nice and the customer care is astonishing! the quality of the guitars, pedals and amps are also superb and the prices are decent. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in guitars or is a guitarist/musician like me.

I was not happy at all with my visit. I went in to check out guitars as I want to upgrade from my current acoustic. The staff were not helpful at all. They seemed annoyed that I was trying out the guitars. I asked the staff if I could try some electric guitars and the guy said that its not possible. I see other comments about the staff being knowledge, well the guys who was following me around didnt even play any instruments. He also tried to tell me things about music theory but its clear that he has no knowledge. Ive studied a fair bit and it was clear he had no clue what he was talking about. Overall, I didnt feel welcomed at all. I would recommend Octave guitar store in Pakistan.
