I visited Gourmet Bakers this evening around 9.15 pm and picked 3 items i.e. a bread, 3 packets of lays chips and one packet on rusk. After paying the bill I took my shopper and left the outlet. When I handed over the same to wife she pointed out that rusk are missing. But when I went back and complained the counter boy and his senior refused to admit their mistake. Though it is not a big deal or monitory loss but their attitude costed them a customer.

Good to have them on a Servicing area else it was too expensive out there
