Mega project, it is one of the best project in Bahria, Islamabad.

Looks like a fine project but the work is snail paced. At this rate it would take further 5-8 years to complete.

This project is delayed and slow construction is going on. It seems like there is less demand in bahria phase 8 rawalpindi as compared to gulberg islamabad malls.

Project may be worthy but the website is extremely poor.It is hell to find lastest price list and current updates.After visiting many times I am unable to find current price list and when you open the sites it shows updates of 2019. It is not understandable how mamagement of such a huge project can be so negligent.

This will be one of the best Malls in Rawalpindi and Islamabad such as Giga Mall and Santaurus. Once it is built this will further enhance the value of Bahria Town Phase 8. As the speed of work this is likely to be completed in the next three years by Dec 2022.

They are dishonest in their claims and would try to lure you into their fake promises. Just ask them the condition for getting back one’s investment if he is not interested anymore.

Its an under construction mall. Looking at the pace of work it may take a decade or more to complete. For a long term investment point of view its fine.Have no idea about the rates.

Dominion Mall will be a largest shopping mall in Bahria Town Rawalpindi as per its plan and model. It is said that this is a 4- year time project. The management needs to speed up the construction work. Considering the ongoing work it seems this may take more than 5 years to complete !!

Wish to be costumers there

Ok so the organisation of residential areas with 24hr available (with hiccups)amenties has been a relative commendable boon for BT. But.. what is the relevance of the Staue of Liberty/Eiffel Tower models in Lahore?? They have no relevance to Pakistan do they? - is their presence is supposed to attract & retain Americanophiles and/or Francophiles?! Hmm.. its not as if these countries have been the most welcoming to Paksters, is it?!! So.. .do they serve as a regressive symbol of an inferior complex Brown sahibism (you dont see mock replicas of the Shalimar gardens in New York/Paris, do you? ) or is it some self-imposed idea of city twinning ? In the current climate.. they seem so incongruous...so silly....

Under construction , I wonder why people publish under construction projects on Google map without mentioning . Kindly change the cover photo or mention the status.

Ptoject seems good with sufficient potential. However, they are taking much more time in the commencement of the construction work. The real structure of building will further attract the community...

Construction work has halted for some time now. I hope that it gets completed and dwellings are handed over in time to the investors. Still a long way to go but once completed it would prove to be the jewel in the crown of Bahria Town phase VIII Rawalpindi.

Dont know if they got NOC from RDA.. else construction work is going on... though at a slower pace

Disappointing experience. Visited them and they had only one flat to offer me. Poor sales person (atta ur Rehman) asked higher authorities and with their approval, he Managed to meet my requirement however, on the day I went to book a flat, people higher up did not keep their word. They are withholding the best flats to sale at higher price later. Therefore, I was not happy to buy garbage.
