Previous Kohistan Terminal, now run by Bilal Travels. The vehicles are comparatively bad in condition with Faisal Movers.Staff is quite professional, but lack coordination. I missed my bus due to this, a disappointment.G9 cargo/shuttle office called for passenger pickup but the driver didnt show up in time and hence i missed my bus.Customer satisfaction lost.With sad react its not the first time Never travel with Bilal travels #saynotobilaltravels

Today at 6:40 A: M When I went to get the ticket, the representative told me that the bus departure time is 7:10 A: M. I got two tickets and waited in the waiting room. When I went to the ticket counter at 7:05 am and asked for luggage, I was told to wait and was told 15:15 am. When I got on the bus with my luggage at 7:10 am, I was once again told the new time which was 7:30 am, after an hour of humiliation and waiting, now left the bus stop at 7:40 am. Please keep honest and sincere staff so that passengers are not humiliated and institution name / structure is not damaged. Thanks

Kohistan express has a large fleet and operates various routes.Their buses are relatively newer and comfortable.They provide more services like onboard WiFi and tablets on the seat for infotainment.Bus hostesses are well trained and guide the passengers about their route.They take atleast 1 stop on Motorway Services Area to allow passengers to have food and use rest area.

I just picked my family from Kohistan Express Main Terminal from Rawalpindi. Their services are very good and they are so much co-operative. Thank You!

Better service than Daewoo to Faisalabad.Theres complementary chips and biscuits and a glass of cold drink.LCD touch panels are also working, although they dont have much.

Good overall services. But theyre continuously decreasing the quality of their services and buses instead of any improvement. Behaviour of staff, condition of the buses and terminals, and quality of services are much lower as compared to when they newly started this daewoo bus service. But still reliable and better than others.

Bilal travels replaced stop of kainat travels with old kohstan Adda on peer vdai moor , at 26 numners stop should be available due to easy access to new airport and Bilal travels should clearly mention near peer vdai more instaed of only mentioning old kohistan Adda because new comers may face difficulty...

Awesome service , punctual timing and safe journey with 1st condition busses , nice terminal , its for traveling to multan and faisalabad and some other cities via motorway , separate waiting halls for families and gents.I love this terminal , the first 1 (kinat travels)was not wider and much complicated way to reach it though it was in city but this 1 is at the end of Rawalpindi.Trying makes you feel better soon.

Bilal daewoo moved here. Condition of bus was bad compared to may last travel. Seats and lcds demands repairs.

Video Library was useless although they are charging 1000 and 1300 for IslamabadThey are stopping there buses at Sial Mor at Hand resturant which is far aways from other shops .

Originally this place is dedicated to Kohistan Express buses only. But now the buses of Bilal Travels have also started to operate from here. Sometimes ago Bilal Travel was operating from the bus station of Kainat Travel about half a kilometer away. The loyal travellers of Bilal Travel face problem when they first time find this change. They should update their location on Google map.

Busses are good. But pick up points and departure time is not a good thing. They should follow the time table. Pick up points shouldnt take more than 2 minutes.

We travel with bus number 786 from islamabad to faisalabad date 28 july time 11.15pm.. We bought excutive class and paid 1000 each. I always use kohistan to travel but this time it was disappointing firstly no snacks or any soft drink. They gave us water and done. Moreover when we bought the ticket they gave us seats on end almost even the bus has seats available on middle and front what was this? Verh unfair. While some other bus services charge 900rs and also provide snacks and seats in middle. We are boys doesnt mean you gona give seats on end its complete unethical behaviour and un acceptable. Improve your service and discrimination with boys. What an apathetic behaviour. I request kohistan to check cctv camera if anything i say was wrong..And no one have time to chitchat with paindi bus hostes you have if this is reason of discrimination with boys. Better if you have no snacks or anything then why you need a bus hostess. Atleast we can get seats in middle. Paindaa thinking of ticket provider aswell. Not use this service again.

Horrible service I booked 2 seats for Lahore . Bus had to leave at 12 pm at 11 am when I was ready to leave they called and told me that bus is cancelled and now we will adjust u in bus at 1 pm I reached bus stop at 12:45 purchased the tickets and got last 2 seats then he told me bus is late and will arrive at 1:30.At 1: 30 they told bus is not coming we will take u in next bus at 3:30
