Ambiance and decor is reasonable but overall, the restaurant needs better cleanliness standards. We ordered their special soup, spicy pepper fish and Kungpao prawns with vegetable fried rice and meat spaghetti. The cooking was average. Though we had ordered spicy dishes but we never expected them to be so hot and spicy that we all had to consume lot of water. Serving size for most items was relatively small.Service is reasonably good and there is enough space in street for parking. This is not a cheap restaurant and it will cost you 1400 to 1700 per head. See the ambiance, quality and quantity of food, this is pretty expensive.

The food was good and although the menu prices seem high the helpings are huge. We ordered the Chinese bowls and each was easily good enough for two people. None of us could finish even half of our bowls, inspite of being very tasty, and we got then all packed. This could also be due to the fact that we had soup before the main course.They have ample, spaced apart seating on two floors and have options of indoor and outdoor both.The only thing we found bothersome was the fact that the bowls had spilled soup on the sides and they werent cleaned properly. When we mentioned it the waiter apologized saying its due to the fact that the kitchen is downstairs and the waiter brought the soup bowls up. Not a good enough excuse. The management should ensure that the food is served properly.Other than that everything was fine. Quantity and quality, taste of food was good. Service was quick and staff was polite.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was very cooperative and respectful. So much so that even in the time of Corona they gave us a separate room with AC turned on to make a comfortable experience. The food had amazing taste and the serving was plentiful as well. We even had to pack some of the food. Overall an amazing experience and will come here again.P.S they even gave us complementary hand sanitizer on the house.

Its just ok and not exceptional. I ordered chicken parmesan. Chips were a bit soggy. Service could be improved a bit. Ambience was great. Plenty of parking.

Food was extremely mediocre for the price it’s sold at(pizza,pasta and Parmesan chicken). Was served a random burger when I ordered Crunch... asked about it twice and both times waiters lied to me, one saying “sir hamara standard yahi hai”. I asked a third waiter and he told me it is isn’t the one I ordered (crunch).The initial waiter comes and then apologises saying he served it on another table... after lying to me twice about it. Definitely not recommend.

Within China town ground floor is Jade cafe, ambiance is so so & food is average. Parking is fairy nice & available, no access of wheel chair entrance.Their first restuarant at F-8 is much better in all respect.

The food was good not great.But the place was too cold, the music was so loud that I had to shout to have a conversation with my family.Their kitchen is in the basement, and I dont think the kitchen is ventilated properly because there was smoke coming up into the dining area and my eyes were burning!Did not enjoy my time because of this.

I tried chicken cordon blue and steak the cordon blue was very creamy and was not oily at all but the quantity of the steak and eggs was inadequate.

Thats it...staff was not attentive, and burger and pizza was so costly and taste was like thyly waala pizza burger... Not at alll recommended for burgers and pizza... Shrimps was dry and soggy... Not at all creamy... We had shrimps in their Islamabad branch... Those were THE BOMB... 2 stars only for sitting area and soup... Thats it... Too much expensive...

It is a nice place however they dont specialize in the chinies food. They offer a variety of food including sandwitches and pizzas etc. I went there for a complete chinies experience but i was a little disappointed. The ambiance and interior is good. The views from the first floor is good overall i will give them 7 out of 10.

We are big fans of Chinatown F-8 Islamabad. We went to the newly-opened Bahria Rwp branch with high expectations, and ordered the same things that we usually do. Sorry to say, the food was pathetic. They couldnt even get the Chowmein right, it was tasteless and overloaded with cabbage. Pizza ordered from Jade was literally chicken pieces on a naan (please see picture). Rest of the items were tasteless as well. On top of that, service was slow. There was little rush yet the waiters took a long time with everything (bringing the food, bringing the bill, etc), and generally looked like they couldnt be bothered. Nothing like the experience we always have at their F-8 outlet, and a total waste of money and time. Icing on the cake: we got everything packed, yet when we opened the food at home it was significantly less than what wed gotten packed.Not coming again and will not recommend at all.Food 3/10Service 3/10Ambiance 3/10Value for money 2/10Overall experience 0/10

Great place to dine and chill out. Over 30 years Chinatown and Jade Café has won the hearts of the masses of the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

The decor is quite strange with the mix and match plus balloons hanging for no reason. The menu is elaborate. Unfortunately I had to send the Beef Chilli in oyster sauce back as there was no oyster sauce in it. The waiter took it back and brought back something which was mildly better still not much oyster sauce.

A pretty good place. Very nice ambiance, specially if the weather is nice and you want to sit outside. The food is pretty good as well. My only gripe is that its a little on the pricier side. But definitely a place youll want to revisit.

The food was good and tasty. However, the unique thing about this place is the way they wish birthdays. If you arrange a birthday event at this place, they’ll gather all the waiters and sing happy birthday for you in the most pendu way . This catches the attention of everyone in the restaurant and creates a very humorous environment. If you want to prank someone on their bdays then this is the best place to celebrate .

Soup was too spicy and the food was average. No supervision on first floor, thus poor service. Menu was dished out quite late, while the soup was being consumed the plates for main course were placed in the available space. Soft drinks were brought after reminding thrice but, unfortunately, the meal was finished by that time, so they were returned; the waiter told that the drinks werent entered on the tab by the person taking the order. Then, in the last, there was a long wait for the bill.Disappointed!

If youre looking for a Chinese menu customized to Pakistani taste and while youre there would also fancy menu items from continental cuisine in Bahria Town Civic center locality, this is the place. The decor is neutral in keeping with the duality of the available cuisine so purists might break a cold sweat entering the place. However given the sparse Chinese eateries within a 5 mile radius and depending upon your craving for Chinese cuisine you may have to overlook the finer details. The service on my first and only visit so far just added to our appetite which was on the verge of dying down when the food arrived. The serving was generous and we couldnt finish the soup for fear of not being able to eat the main course. The chef as well as the waiters were kind enough to have listened to my request for not adding chicken powder to dishes from our order - chicken powder is typically laden with monosodium glutamate, an additive abundantly used to enhance flavour, chiefly associated with Chinese cuisines and known to cause a variety of symptoms of physical discomfort ranging from headaches, nausea, cold sweat, palpitations etc. We enjoyed our meal and if it werent for the slow service and the non-Chinese ambience I would have given it a 4 star rating.

Too heavy rush, the food qty has been reduced. The food quality was average. I order for jade special chicken, it was too salty. I made a complain. They try to reduce the salt by some mean but it was unsuccessful. The offered new dish with another 25 minutes waiting. The staff was polite.

Pathetic place. Lousy service and average food. Waiters are carefree. No one is bothering about customers. Even in the presence of owner in the restaurant, no member of staff was doing their job properly. Dont waste your time and money.

Weve been going to Jade Café fairly regularly. The food quality is excellent. Service is above average, though it took them a while to get us the check.The Special Soup is excellent, as are the Chinese dishes. The few pasta dishes weve tried are also good. The wok bowl is generously portioned (sufficient for two normal people).

Chinese is good. But Hi-tea was too bad. Air-conditioning was awful even for a ground floor. And customer service was the worst. It seemed they didnt care if you were sweating, or had to wait too long, or getting incomplete hi-tea items that were just there to fill up the required calories without any taste. Not again.

Food stuff of Cafe Jade is good as their main focus is on this menu. Quality of Chinese food is below average, even they do not serve all the dishes enlisted in the menu. If you are interested in Chinese food, better find some other place otherwise, most likely, you will be disappointed.

I am big time disappointed with coffee I had in my head they will disappoint me I was right by the time I got coffee it was in all honesty so awful. The coffee I normally drink in f8 Islamabad jade is good enough to drink.I must say don’t think of baharia jade it’s odd and staff is not even sensible they are good by nature but they dont know much they need training for everything.
