Got executive service from the terminal to rwp but it stopped at various terminals like Khanpur, Zahid Pir, Taranda Muhammad Pur and then joined the motorway, so pathetic route against my expectations.

I was just waiting for one of my friend. Waiting room seems ok. 2 counters for booking a ticket. Also have tuck shop & washroom.

Best point for traveling to Sindh and upper Punjab from Rahimyar Khan. Good quality busses and staff.

Its a very popular transport company in Pakistan. Its buses are latest and comfortable especially utong models. They provide fast,safe and comfortable journey to passengers.

They have improved their service. Specially for Rahim yar khan only faisal movers have the direct service through Motorway as well as for Lahore and Swat. Fares are reasonable and online booking as well. At their stand good sitting arrangements, polite staff and clear signboards are displayed.

Terminal location disturbs the regular flow of traffic on the road and the relevant authorities know it well.

I traveled in executive class, comfortable bus and seats but mostly Headphones are out of order.must need to work on that

I can give only two star to this bus service. I am travelling from Rahim Yar Khan to Islamabad on 19 Jan 2020 at 2100 time. The bus itself is very old, in poor condition, interior and seats also in bad condition. The staff behaviour is also rude, sometime fighting and insulting the passengers. The bus hosts is also very lazy and sitting at her seat instead of serving the passengers. They announced fifteen minute stop at sial more, the resume journey after about 40 minuets.. so for it is getting delayed from announced time,Overall, the level of services provided by this company are below average

Excellent service friendly dedicated professional staff wuth latest model yutong double glass and yutong master buses in such a long route from karachi to Rawalpindi. However fare is little bit higher side and no business class buses offered in this route... Moreover driving and staff timing is too long as i traveled from Rawalpindi to karachi then driver start from Rawalpindi 9 pm and due to fog it was late and its duty over 12.30 near sadiqabad interchange. So driver shift is more then 15 hours long which is not fair in human health as well as passengerz life due to constant driving so kindly change this and 1 driver is meximum after 5 hours must change. Also fare is 3600 in executive class and executive plus class is 4800 but offer breakfast of just simple chapati and omlait once in whole journey no tea offered. You take highest fare among all other competitors so offer propper meal in this amount. Kindly improve services.Overall setisfied with service and best of luck for improvement and best among others.Jazak Allah

I personally find Faisal Movers to be better than Daewoo in some regards. The staff here is much more friendly as they are not full of themselves at all times. It had an adequate sitting area which cannot support a lot of people at once. Buses and coaches offered are clean and maintained
