Field staff isnt expert in their fields. Neither looks qualified nor professional but of course are expert in counterfeiting and bribe-taking.I visited the exchange office today and complained before the SDO.Now Im waiting for how he responds to my complaint.

They are providing good services as state shared institute. People there are polite and cooperative. Nice atmosphere to discuss your complaints and issues.
