Five stars for the staff and their GM Mr. Malik Zaighum Mushtaq, every there had heen professional and highly cooperative.Kiddos to them.As far as hotel itself is concerned, it needs some over hauling to its washrooms and they need to extend their lobby which is quite small.Hotel is clean otherwise and good place to crash for the night.

Im giving the hotel 4 stars because of the pleasant attitude of the staff over there. Now, this hotel is the project of Pearl continental and tries to deliver a pleasant hotelling experianceIt may not be lavish like Pearl Continental, Avari or Serena but this hotel still has some tricks up it sleaves. The breakfast is one of them. Although the variety is less, but the taste and quality of the food was good. The management was courteous and the rooms were fine. Unfortunately, Rahim Yar Khan is really underdeveloped. There is less of amenities, commerce and industry present. However, this hotel is amongst the best you can get. The rooms were priced around PKR 7k per night. I would recommend anyone visiting there.However, the one star I did not give was due to the bad taste of the room service. I had to go out to taste decent food. So only breakfast was good. And each floor had WiFi access. So had some fun with Netflix

Consider another place, please.

Extraordinary location in heart of city with out class sevices

Great service and comfy room. Made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Location of the hotel is a big plus. The hustle bustle of the shopping centers on the street below make it ideal for resting and shopping.

Alhumdolillah it was definitely a fine place to stop on the long journey from Karachi to Lahore. Offers free wifi and comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast was very basic, but edible. Friendly staff and clean environment.

A good branch of hotel one in Rahim Yar Khan. It a big building on shahi road. This road is usually busy. Hotel one has parking in adjacent street. Rooms are fine. Food is ok. Staff is friendly. I think its bit expensive. There are mobile shops, bakeries and some food points around the hotel. The reception area is very small.
