Its a good shop in a sence, it provides tools, acessories, locks, screws, nuts, bolts and many other similar things to majority of the workshops and craftsmen. They used to stock good quality products in the beginning but now theyve most of the Chinese goods. If you ask for any branded items specially power tools like drill machines or cutters they will be out of stock or with very limited variety. They must improve their stock of quality power tools from genuine companies like Bocsh, Black n Decker, Maqita, Hitachi etc. Acessories should also be available in full and genuine. Another area of improvement is display. Its good on their home care shop but need to improve on their other shop. Its good that theyve fixed price policy. But prices be more economical. However its good store overall in this area. Specially Home Care shop has some modernised items for kichen, bathroom and overall home.

Rates are higher than the nearby Madina hardware shop. And have less variety as compared to Madina hardware.

They are not cooperative and thier attitude is below and their response not compromise on the quality of items
