IDSP is a Not for Profit non governmental organization which has its central office in Quetta . IDSP stands for Institute for Development Studies and Practices, the Organization main focus is to develop leaders in the social development field. in Earlier days they used to pick community leaders from Sindh and Balochistan but now they offer courses at National level. The Course is based on the class room learning and in later part of the course students would go to field and practice their leanings. Later they would be certified.Among the local level NGOs they have a very good reputation and in the sector of Democracy and public advocacy they have a good name in the country .
