Small but a very good museum. It needs attention of government of Baluchistan. I like the collection of riffles that are more than 100 years old.

Good place for getting information on archeological sites of Balochistan

This museum is Rich of historical weapons, ornaments, books and other precious things. We are thankful to the archeological department that they preserved our history in such a beautiful building. Previously the Quetta museum was in rental buildings for a long which was a great loss for our history. Due to shiftings time and again, it happend usually that many valuable things broke down during shifting and some were completely lost.

Rare and historic collection of weapons, coins and picture. Old handwritten manuscripts of Quran and other books. Antiques from 7000-2000 BC old Mehrgarh civilization.
