In 21th centry there only 10 connection in one area so Im not able to use internet in 21th centuary so disheartening not cooperative staff

I was at PTCL office prepared for the worst government officials behaviour. And to my surprise things got other way round and officials there really tried to support me to resolve my issue.I really want to say thanks and appreciate the great support of Mr. KHALID Revenue officer who was with me on his feet all the time to support and resolve my issue.

Good place for any kind of way

The old Pakistan telecommunication office of Balochistan. The office building is very old. it provides internet broadband services across Balochistan but the service is not up to the mark end of fun lacks speed. Stop hare is not so cooperative. Beside internet it also provides landline telephone services

Staff is not co.operative,They are just making their salaries..Usually close for almost 2+ hours at Zuhar Nimaz time..Furthermore, each month u get extra amount to be paid in your bill in shape of arear or line charges, a way to loot customers, if u visit to rectify it, the staff has no answers regarding this except that in next month there wont be any.

A very lovely coffee shop opened in front of PTCL office.

They need to understand that customer is the king. Their rude behaviour and ugly attitude will sink this organisation in near future. Today the government is not letting any other good service providers to work and provide good facilities to the people, but it will happen sooner or later.

Quetta PTCL office service is not so good, if you have any problem you will usually wait. Their are basically two departments i think one deal with billings and the other deal with you connection. The main problem is connections depart mostly the employees are not available and you have to wait.

I have done internship there at PTCL QUETTA, very nice place to explore telecommunication systems and to get familiar with the servers and gateways. on other side they have customers care center where they receive complaints from customers and resolve them.

Fine service

Helpful staff, nice location but their system specially the biomatric system always have some issue or server down. I had to wait for 2 hrs I went back and came again then again I had to wait for 1 hour just to activate my Evo CharG.
