The scheme is closer to commercial area of city and is currently under development l. Empty plots are still available, with prices being raised by day, anyone looking to buy shall go with the decision ASAP as limited plots are vacant. The scheme has its own commercial plots and a large shopping centre is also underway catering to all the shopping days of modern day scheme based tenants.

Good place, But the prices are too high and the road towards Quetta Bazaar has Traffic

A new housing scheme, located far away from the city area. Interestingly, plots are very very costly. Basic facilities are lacking here especially no water supply, sui gas and even well maintained streets. Only few houses have been built in this housing scheme. Its newly developing scheme, most of the infrastructure is developed but still it needs and work is on. Residents have formed a committee for betterment and development of remaining works. Most of the residents are government and private sector servents.
