I first time visited this restaurant in 1998 and since then, I go there whenever I go to Quetta. They used to be really good as the owners are Chinese. One would get the real flavor of Chinese dishes in that restaurant but no more.During the past few years, standard of cooking has really gone down and what you see now is quite spicy and oily. With the passage of time they have moved close to Pakistani food flavour and gone away from the typical Chinese taste that they once used to have.The ambiance is nice but can be further improved.

The only Chinese Restaurant in Quetta Cantt.The owners are ruining this resturant since late 1950s.The food is excellent and really tasty.

Love this place since from my childhood.. you will never have taste of soup all over PK as compared to cafe china Quetta.. must try os hot and sour soup white one..

Oldest Chinese restaurant in Quetta, with the shabbiest management and service. Manual receipts, no acceptance of credit cards, filthy floors, rude waitors. Loads of used tissue papers all over the place in this corona environment and waitors denied thrice that they wont clean.

Terrible food. Thought it would be authentic Chinese, but it tasted more like a bad attempt at Chinese food made at home. Thechowmein was spaghetti with some chicken gravy on it. All the gravies tasted the same, even the egg rolls seemed to have a gravy like filling. Also the owner is not very friendly. I was so excited to meet him like he was a celebrity because the restaurant is so old and iconic, but he was kind of rude

The only thing they have updated is price of food in so many years. They charge more than market but everything is so old fashioned. No proper heating arrangements

It was a terrible experience due the following reasons.Firstly the waiters are terribly non-professional it was observed while taking the order the waiter was picking up the used utensil from the nearby table and did not entertain the customer properly which is why the customer had to receive and pay for the the cancelled items as well.Secondly the food was stale I think they reuse the food which is left over by the customers, which can be seen in the uploaded pic.Thirdly, the tray which contained the rice was too small, can be seen in the picture, which was quite uncomfortable since some of the rice fell on the table.Fourthly the price was too high keeping the above reasons in view.Visited Cafe China on 5th of April,2019.

Having been taken birth in Quetta,,, but its my very first time that I have visited Cafe China Quetta. My maiden experience is above par. In this month of chilly weather, it offers warm environment with friendly and cooperative staff. There is a plenty of variety in food and cuisine.

Had dinner with friends. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Will be back definitely!
