Really good desi food and also extremely delicious special AL fajr soup. Just need to work on family seating area. It should be proper dine just like men dine in area.

When al fajar hotel started that time best service observed now long time period few days ago again visited but quality is very low. It is suggested that place and of the hotel is very impressive service improvement is required

We found their good tea

Al Fajar Restaurant is known for good quality beef and mutton BBQ. Located on the airport road, it has a secure parking compound. The building is neat and clean with a reasonable ambiance and decor. They need to pay emphasis on fly proofing though....As for the food, it was very tasty and well cooked. Their BBQ items are the best and include beef tikka, mutton tikka, chicken tikka and behari kebab. Their namkeen and salty karahi is also very good. The quality of naan (local bread) is simply outstanding. At the end of the meal, as it is usual with Pakistani / Afghani restaurants in Quetta, a green tea / qahwa is a must. Rates are reasonable and it will cost you PkR 600 to 800 per month.

Their milk tea was absolutely amazing. Havent had such an amazing tea anywhere else.I faced couple of problems, which I think the restaurant need to improve on.1. Definitely need to improve their customer service.2. Lack of communication. It took them over 50 minutes to bring us the tea. Even by us calling the waiter over 5 times. Waiter claimed that he gave our tea to other customers twice :/ not sure if I can trust them on that.3. Deducted service charges even on ordering tea only. Strange that :(Hope it helps everyone.
