Luxury hotel and rooms . Staff is very cooperative and upgraded us to luxury suite. Which was amazing. Rooftop BBQ was amazing. Overall our stay was comfortable. I recommend this to everyone going with family.

Went there for dinner buffet. It was economical at Rs 1620 but so was food quality. OK for students and large gatherings but not if you are a food connoisseur.

Overall nice experience but not great, biggest problem is to reach the hotel. From the main road in front of hotel, there is no passage to go to service lane. You have to take a full round trip around the hotel to finally reach the service lane to enter hotel. And this round trip is so crowded that you might get stuck for hours. So one should plan at least an extra hour to waste if he is visiting the hotel. Otherwise rooms are good & staff is cooperative.

Nice neat and clean newly built 7 floor hotel at Firdous Chowk with spacious rooms with all facilities like locker, flat screen TV in room and adjacent lounge. Food was good. Services have a big question mark you have to pursue the staff again and again to get things done. Due to construction of BRT in Peshawar driving is a hell of job now a days around this hotel. Roof top Resturant gives you good view of this historic city. Parking available but only with valet.STAFF is helping but not well trained professionally Yes will come again but after the completion of BRT.

Location & view are amazing but didnt like food

It is a very good hotel. Rooms are spacious, provides all basic needs. Bathrooms are not very small like other hotels. Food is good, but I dont know why complementary breakfast is not buffet system you have to order what you need, it takes extra time. View from the roof top is beautiful you can see the Qila Balahissar in front of you. A nice place to stay in Peshawar.

Its uniqueness is its location. One can enjoy food with incredibly fabulous view of peshwar city and specially Balahisar fort.

A good addition to the fast growing quality dining in Peshawar. Nice views. Open year, which is good in normal weather but would be teasing in the extreme sessions of winter and summer specially summer right under the fireball. If indoor facility available would badly miss the fascinating view of Peshawar. Fair price, for the given quality. Nice and cooperative staff. Valet parking available. Nice seating. A bit lake of space for moving around but beatable.

Despite being a four star hotel, Fort continental was far below expectations. The hotels rooms werent noise cancelling. I wasnt given an option for the type of pillow I require. There were windows towards the hallway, but not outside the building. The hallways werent carpeted and were really bright. The key cards didnt contain the fort continental monogram, they were literally blank. The reception too was unimpressive and failed to give a 4 star impression. On the bright side, the hotel was located at a very good location. Its breakfast restaurant had an excellent view. The food at the restaurant was also satisfactory, though there were still lots of room for improvement. The staff was very polite and respectful. If I were to come back to visit Peshawar, I would definitely book the Pearl Continental hotel as the prices were almost the same. If Fort continental were to improve, the managment should try looking at hotels such as Faisalabad Serena. Despite being a 4 star, it was an excellent hotel. Mercurial hotels in Paris too are some of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed in.

One of the best hotel in town. staff was so welcoming and price was also very reasonable. I must recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting peshawar.

Beautiful place for food and relaxing.

Been there for Hi Tea, Most of the items were the same which were used in lunch buffet. Food taste is good but at times it gets over crowded and the management is not mature enough to handle the situation, they will make you sit on the unclean tables.

An excellent Hotel with an equally matching Restaurant in the main city area. Not to mention the rooftop breathtaking view of Fort Bala Hisar. I would highly recommend a visit to this place to people from other cities or countries as well, to spend at least an evening here and enjoy.

Its a good addition to the Peshawar pool of good hotels. I thinks its second best after PC in Peshawar. The location is a bit awkward as the area is congested and noisy. The building space is limited. Rooms are good. Prices are reasonable. Food is awesome. Furniture and crockery are great. Employees are well dressed and well mannered and trained in customer services. Its good for families as well. Overall its a must visit place in Peshawar.

Enjoyed Hi-Tea alot. One of the best Hi-Tea ever. To be frank I was not expecting such standards. It was a pleasant surprise. It was my first visit there but definitely not the last one.

Reasonable buffet and high tea food standards in the price. The rooms are renovated and quite better. However, in case of gatherings on the first floor, it becomes disturbingly noisy. Overall, the hotel has emerged as a good competitor in Peshawar.

One of the worst experience that you will never want to repeat in your life. Exactly an opposite to a hospitable place. Poor hygiene, untrained staff, worst meal service, no room service unless you really fight for it. We went there because of a cancelled flight. If you have to pay to stay there, dont bother!

Room was spacious and well designed with nice washroom. Rates just fine not so economical. But service is not of good standard. Sitting room AC was out of order. No room service after 11pm. No self parking only valet parking available for which I was not comfortable considering my new luxury car and had to insist for careful drive. Felt bed worms and itching while sitting over sofa. Extra bed was just a joke and most uncomfortable. Overall experience was fine.
