NOT RECOMENDED. PLEASE DO NOT USE FOR IMPORTANT ITEMS!!! Lost a very important parcel by shipping to the wrong address. Address is not clear as the Daewoo receipts are printed in very low quality. Manager is never present and does not answer his calls. Overall experience with Daewoo Fastex and Parcel service is that their Customer Service is useless and will ask you to contact their Branches. The Branches and Managers cannot be reached and you are left helpless. I have not been are to contact Karachi Branch or their Manager for 5 days now on 3 telephone numbers. They are trying to be a low cost option to TCS. However, they are only bus drivers and cannot manage shipping of important item and their Branch Managers are just senior drivers with the same mentality.
