PFI is the first collage in Pakistan, where students doing Forestry. This institute has GIS section in which the professional are taking different projects related to forestry such as NTFS identification, digitization and mapping.

My last academic institute where I got forestry degree my proud but after 18th amendment it is now a provincial subject and handed ober to pathans who are a glorious nature nation and hated others like punjabis,sindhs and others,very shameful black spot on the faces on pathans, due to their this behavior now pfi,becomes a primary school, lakh the lanat on the behavior of pathans

Pakistan forest institute is a federal organization for forestery development and research. Its of international accreditation institute and carry high merit needs. The hostel for visitors is a good place for personal and family quick stay with good quality and safe and secure environment. Overall its a great place with good quality and very scenic views.

Very scenic place to see tge beautifull tree flowers gardens and birds singing. It feel so good when you walk here in evening.. the graduates of this college work in forest dwpartment of khyberpakhtunkhwa. Trees are of many variety and some are very old. Their is also a rose graden having many variety of roses

When you are looking for a calm and healthy place to stay. Then this place is a best choice but surely needs a reference to approach because its mostly for forest officers of KPK. But still far better than staying at a hotel.
