The place is good and wide but the processing speed is very slow. They have the babays who dont understand the value of quick work

I am really disappointed. i visited 4 times in last 10 days for account opening but they just wasted my time. they are unable to solve their technical issues..

The place stinks of inefficiency. Only two cashiers man the automated booth system which results in the wait time of over two hours for any withdrawal or deposit.Furthermore, the manager is least pushed to make the staff work as they can be seen loitering around happy in their jokes. His primary concern is giving denominations notes to his VIP clients.There is no separate window for females and the females either have to wait along with males or cut in the line of tokens issued...which in turn leads to further delays.Their cashiers have more nuisance value than a constable on a road path...that poor chap would ticket you in 5 min. You would be lucky to get a turn here in 50 min to get to a cashier.As I write this, the gap between tokens issued and tokens entertained is more than a 100 while only two Johnnies are avaialabe against three service counters.If you can , do find another branchWhile facilities have been made available here for you to wait, you would be better off utilizing your two hours somewhere else.

Probably the worst HBL branch . Had to wait 90 minutes to get my number and while there are 4 counters only 2 of them are functional.

Still better than all of the other banks in the area combined all together. Helpful staffs, prompt responses, quality services. What else would you wish for?

Employees are good, but procedureis slow. You will have to wait for at least one hour for your token number

Good service and its good for people to use this bank easily if they do something in passport office alama iqbal open university branch etc. But counters should be increased due to people traffic.

Went there to open HumWatan account, but the lady at the desk lied and gave me wrong information about the particular account

Very slow progress. Wasted so much time just to pay 800 for Hec attestation and took like an hour . They need to speed up.
