Service is good, but you wont feel customer service from SOME of the counter staff.

For kids got zebra riding 100 rupees ticket inside hall. police, fc, army uniform tailor in basement shop name airborne, other cloth tailors also in basement, lifts available, auto stairs as well as normal stairs available. travel agents on floor are available. super markets , beauty stores, med shops, juice points, ice cream shops, shorma, are in the place, clothing,shoe,sandals, stores bangles,ear ring, for ladies available, fast foods etc too and much more, central air condition is not available yet but will soon be. big parking space available outside on ground floor as well as in basement also in basement got big super market available, public toilets available, place for prayer available, good security services for both male and female

Expensive but cheap service.....

I flew many time with airblue the reason was very simple Bcz I try to improve it in world wide. But last week I was in flight PA 611 dxb to peshwer.. It is worst experience of my life. The lady staff member take me personally and offload me Bcz of my handcarry . Even though I want to pay.... But they dont allowed me in the flight. And again I get next flight PA 217 dxb to Islamabad .. 3:45.i was shocked that how it is possible they she dont care about the image of air line. This was her word that I dont care about airline. I said to her u r losing customers... Simply reply I dont care.... I knew customer is always right .. But I m waiting to airblue management to solve my issue.... Thanks
