Visited RMI today with two different patients. From reception till Doctors checkup observed satisfactory process.ButDisappointed by the pathetic All staff of ECHO RoomBusy in mobiles,chit chat with each other,gossiping, un professional behaviour.My patient did echo test at 1300 hrs and got report at 1600 hrs.when I start shouting.By the time I got report Dr was gone,these stupid ,rubbish staff of ECHO Room should be sent straight home including doctors inside who were enjoying samosas. Some sensible staff with ethical training should be inducted.

Its is unprofessional and against our Oath to refuse any patientMy uncle developed tention pnumothirax early morning around 3 lastt Sunday, and he was taken to RMI which was close to their homeHe was in distress with SPO2 40 %Which is not compatible with life , RMI emergency refused to take him and was asked to go to HMC though he was attending RMI respiratory department Dr Imran for his chronic bronchitis Being a Human being with a slight sympathy no one can refuse such sick patient irrespective of religion,cast, economical statusHe was taken to northwest they refused too with same saturation and was asked to go to HMC.And then then ultimately he was taken HMC where they found it that has tention pnumothorax they intervened but it was too lateHe developed end organ damage du to tissue hypoxia and he RipOur mistake was to expect care from such Institutions and ppl running these InstitutionsMy uncle died of treateble cause du to delayed intervention and RMI was responsible for thisPlease dont trust such private institute for sick patient..+353892242042

Overall Experience was great. Great staff Great environment and facilities. But i would like to share one bad experience regarding one staff working in night shift who was very inhumane insensitive and super rude behaving like untouchable. Venting off his frustrations over the patient everytime he showed up via his mean nasty unprofessional and flee Market tone and words. The patient is Diagnosed with Testicular Cancer and was in worse and serious condition. I would like to discuss this matter with Management coz i am sure they care about their high standards which they maintain really well.Regards.

RmI should change its Chief Admin.. Its not his cup of tea. So many problem with ur managment system.. i can fill the whole page mentioning them.. but let me highlight just few of them.1. Train your security gaurds to behave decently.2. Restrict mobile phone use for ur staff3. Increase the lifts4. Hospital infected waste and laundry go into same lift.. that is insane.5. Ward bathrooms are not designed as per hospital need.. atleast put a handle beside commode for elderly and disabled.6. RMi should take stand for outside parking lot for free parking.. i dont understand why only hospital parkings are paid.. yes i know its done by local government but as Organization you can take stand..6. And continue....

Your telephone exchange has serious problems they put the caller on long hold and then the phone gets disconnected without getting the call connected to the concerned department. There is no rederssal of grievience system at all. All thisbis annoying and disappointing

Pathetic hospital just built for earning money. I had a delivery case and they tried their best to carry out cesarian to earn money. Even tried to do premature cesarian to earn more money. Went against RMI and North West and carried out a normal delivery at Kulsoom Maternity hospital. Please everyone stay away from RMI and North West. They are butchers.

Come and go with students while talk to each other. It is like they do not care about patients. The worst experience I had was with Dr Humaira Achakzai. A totally inept person. Avoid it by all means.

Junior Doctors gossiping all the time and busy in desk work. No concern for patients or discussion on patients health and well being. The senior doctors are like ministers, always in huge protocol of junior doctors and assistants and have no time for discussion on how the patient is doing. Even during round time, all the attendants are removed from the ward and cannot discuss their patients health with the concerned doctor.

Phone operator closed the line several times just because I was speaking Pashto, and she insisted to speak Urdu.Operating in KPK, there should be someone speak the language of the state residents.

One relative is allowed with patient..... Nurses always give a stand duty there..... Best left system...... Wheel chair accessible entrance and parking...... Internal cafeteria...... Student doctor hostle inside the hospital...... Mosque for prayer..... Checkup appointment is also easy always....... Good fit handling emergency cases

I have been the staff of this institute. I was the only one with degree in nursing ( BSc Nursing). If you think there are professional people in rmi then you all are fools. They have nurses who have no degrees and diplomas. And why would professionals work there , cause they dont pay good salaries. They just know how to rub people in the name of fake treatment. Wow amazing hospital. there is use most advance things. Well stuff well known doctors quick service and u will be satisfied all the treatment at RMI. I went to RMI the other day to see the Orthopaedic consultant Dr Abdul waheed he is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my entire life also he was very rude and arrogant please don’t waste your time and money this place is not a hospital its a SUPER MARKET.

For the first time hopefully never again got a chance and one of my relative admitted in the Cardiology unit. Never seen such an expensive dirty hospital. I though it would be one of the best institute. They shoild do prper orientaion of their jjunior doctors and other staff they have no professionalism and dont follow medical ethics. The ward counter is not for deuty its basically a meeting place for them. Honestly it was just like a fish market. They only empesis on one patient one attendant policy. I dont know who was that stupid engineer who designed their washrooms all are foot above from the ground level of the floor you cant take the wheel chair inside. They have a lot of ill trained security guards if they are in the war zone. The only thing I liked the Cafeteria the food was good and teasonable. But on the other side they remove the skin of your patient. They dont have patience for money your patient will be on the stratcher but asking for money money. I hope thats enough.

The worst hospital in world. Our patient was admitted there for 15 days and at the end their professional doctors came to the result that the patient had depteria and told us to take her to home. The situation of patient was worst we made our way to shifa international and told the satff about the illness. After 2 days the patient was recovered with no signs of depteria. We spend almost 700000 at RMI Peshawar in 15 days. This is the place where the professionals will kill you with your patient financially. The most important for them is money no concern about the health.

This is a bank not a hospital. The doctors just think about the money not about their patients life. I sent my father for treatments there from Afghanistan about 3 months ago and he had liver problem. He wasnt too bad and he could walk, speak and...After they did the CT scan one of the the doctor talked to me by the phone and told me that he has cancer some where near his liver and pancreas and he told me that the treatment that they can give him is an surgical operation and during the operation we are going to take out jaundices from his body and for his cancer we will give him chemo vaccination and it will take sex months and he will get better. But these butchers killed my father. He was alive just two or three days after the surgery and he passed away while he wasnt able to speak, walk and ...May Almighty Allah bless him.Im just saying, how long you guys will think about the money?How much money you will collect from poor people without thinking about their live?One day you will all die and you have to answer for all you have done to these poor people and all the money that you collect will remain for some one else.Please dont take your patient to this hospital-bank.

Recently i got treatment from dr.zeeshan khan (artho). For general public i would like to share my experience.1.I like diagnosis phase very much as very minutely illness is being investigated.2. Latest machines for testing and diagnosis which i think may not be available in many same category hosp.3. this hoapital is too much expensive not suitable for the lower middle class at all.4. Paramedics staff and general administration staff behaviour is not good which needs to mend their way since they are being paid because of the patients revenue.5. Doctors are more inclined towards making money instead of feeling patients pain and hard time to collect their medical expenses.Stay blessed!6. Food stuff from home is not being allowed inside the hospital and everything is to be bought from cafeteria at expensive rates comparativelly, which is not fair.

Stay away. I had a broken wrist and the doctor zeeshan here suggested expensive surgery to take bone from my hips, i ran away and saw doctor atiq rehman in phase 4. Thanks Allah, i am typing this with my same hand without any surgery done (3 months in cast)Then a few years later, i have ear infection went to dr dawar, he suggested putting cream in my ear. I am in pain and the cream is still there!. I should have learned my lesson and stayed away.The doctors here just want your money and are merciless No compassion!

The Institute has changed the entire landscape of healthcare in KP province.It is providing the best possible care in very unfavorable circumstances. Remember what it was before RMI was established?Everyone was at the mercy of quacks and facilities that were not designed for patient service. I went to see my niece and no sooner my wife got off from the car, her feet got trapped in the Razor Crossed concertina wire coil leaving huge cut with profuse blood.I filed complaint and the administration tried with putting blame at PDA.The administration must ensure safety of passer by and visitors while erecting such barriers.
