The worst ever experience. No attitude no manners they dont know how to talk to someone and they have some kind of so called rules which is only implemented over customers not over them. If you guys seek for respectable organisation then please aviod these rascal and unethical peoples. They will treat you more badly than straying dogs. Rest is your responsibility.

To avoid rush , I will recommend to book your appointment online to avoid rush. Online booking on your desired date and time slot will help to save your time. Rates are very higher. and some parking issue. try to book in morning 1st time.

I will only give two stars to this place as its in a wrong location. Theres hardly a parking, and the amount of people they take in, is incredibly high. People queue up in staircases and corridors. It needs to go to a more suitable place where they can accommodate people.

The office is very neat and clean. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Often times there’s so much rush so online appointment is highly recommended which can be easily done through their website.

So kindly do needful process for poor people they came from different districts far far away,W.slaaam

Very nice service while inside and they sometime offer you tea and biscuits as VIP customer and staff are polite and helpful but , the parking outside is pathetic and very inconvenient and to.reach this office you need to come by public transport only it seems on the GT / Sher shah suri Yousafzai road all known as university road in this portion

The office is located in a famous plaza on main road but no advertising board is placed on prominent location. Fortunately I didn’t face any difficulty to find the office by asking Security guard of the plaza. The reception and other staff was very cooperative and helpful, i have already fixed my appointment, therefore got my job done in 10 minutes.I have also corrected the address on google map which is wrongly written as spinzar plaza which is adjacent plaza. However office is located in Al Haaj Plaza.Over all my experience with them was good therefore gave them 4 stars.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went there for biometric verification for umrah and got it done within 20 mins. Also gave me free Mobily sims. A bit crowdy but still gets the job done.

My experience there was good. Dont forget to bring your passport. However, the point of doing biometric there makes no sense because we have to again do biometric on Saudi airports.

A good facility for Umrah and visit to KSA under one roof. Office/building is under renovation with heavy turnover of visitors makes it congested.
