I have been here for a lot of times. the reason for which I have 3 stared is that kind of unsupportive staff, they for not any logical reason can stop your work and do something for which their pockets can be filled. the good point is that because of maximum active hours one can get their work done. overall feedback is good but shall improve it by dealing the customer in a good way..

Because im part of NADRA TEAM.dont waste your time those who belong from agences.all agencies address buddies goes to phase 3 office near Marcopolo hotel.

Closing time is showed 10pm but they wont entertain you after 9pm .i went there at 9.20 and they refused to do there job if you people dont deals customer after 9pm then change your operating time from 10pm to 9pm because its very disappointing to miss guide people like that.

Good facility for people.

Excellent and active Nadra Center. Here you can avail the facilities like passport and CNIC renewal or initial issuance. I appreciate this kind of facilities for people. Staff are active and sharp in their domain of responsibility. You can visit with the given of time period. Before visit there take all necessary documents with you.

This is situated on main university road tehkal Payan PESHAWAR.This office is open from 9am to 10 PM. this office two shifts are working hard to provide the national identity card , birth certificates , death certificate, FORM B registration form, marriage certificate and other facilities.there are too many booths to take less time and overcome the rush of people.on first floor the Passport facility is available.

Big facilitation centre for Pakistani Citizens.. Modern Computerised Systems.. all Facilities under one roof.. the ticketing system is good EVERYONE has to wait for his turn... services booths are adequate and many people can be served simultaneously.. which help in the reduction of rush.. although here are big parking Problems cos situated on main University Road.. plz avoid to bring self driven car..better to come on taxi or Wagon..

After the independence of Pakistan, Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan launched the Personal Identity System(PIS) program to register, manage and issue national identification cards to all the citizens of Pakistan and Muslim refugees settling in Pakistan. Changes were carried out by Election Commission of Pakistan in 1965 for the process of the voters registration to hold the nationwide 1965 presidential election. In 1969–70, the amendments in the PIS program continue by the Election commission until the election commission supervised the 1970 general elections.After the 1971 war resulted in East-Pakistan gaining independence as Bangladesh, a new statistical database system was needed to ensure the safety of Pakistans citizens as well as the national security of the country. In 1973, a new database system was codified under the Second Amendment, §30, of the Constitution of Pakistan to perform and contain the statistical database of the citizens of Pakistan. Registration of Pakistans citizens and statistic database in governments computer accounts was started in 1973, with the promulgation of the constitution of the country. This new program was visioned and started by then-Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.In 1973, in a parliamentary session, Bhutto stated in parliament to the people of Pakistan, due to the absence of full statistical database of the people of this country, this country is operating in utter darkness. The government started issuing the National Identity Card (NIC) numbers to its citizens and started to establish government databases of the people in the government computers.National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established on March 10, 2000, by merging Directorate General of Registration Pakistan, a department created under the 1973 constitution, with the National Database Organization (NDO), an attached department under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan created for the 1998 census. NADRA is an autonomous body to operate independently with the mandate to replace the old directorate general of Registration with a computrised system of registering 150 million citizens, NADRA launched the Multi-Biometric National Identity Card project developed in conformance with international security documentation issuance practices in the year 2000. The program replaced the paper based Personal Identity System of Pakistan that had been in use since 1973. To date, over 96 million citizens in Pakistan and abroad have utilized the system and its allied services to receive tamper-resistant ISO standard Identification Documents.And now they opened their executive branch where we all can easily get our CNIC on the spot.

Passport office is nice very things is good and smooth but durning delivery is delaying.today my delivery date 4.Feb.19 now 12:40 still I m waiting.here from 1-2 is break time here so it counter will close I have to wait .waste my day.why it call executive office if still I have to waest my time.I request to management please once issue the token please write exit time and date.

Best experiene I ever had at Nadra office. Staff is very cooperative and quick.

The service is Good. Normal passport charges 6,000 urgent 8,000 double as compare to regional office.It has bank counter but no ATM. An ATM should be available since the charges are high.

Im here, today is saturday, passport office closed. According to people here passport office is closed on saturday and sunday here. I wasted my weekend here.Also according to these people working in nadra office, passport office closes at 3PM.So only nadra works till 10PM. Not the passport office. Why no info provided here.

I am here at nrc mega Centre peshawar I sad to say that there are so many people are waiting for their turn but lack of staff on computer there are very rush in mega Centre peshawar

This center is a joke also, if you have office and want to get your passport after your office hours, they will not be present because the passport section is off by 3pm or earlier... if you want to come over the weekends because that is when you are free, they will not be present because the passport section is also off over the weekends... and to sum it up, they charge you PKR 3000 for these absent services ...

The SCNIC staff is present till 10 pm but the passport staff is available from opening time till 3 pm.So keep this in mind if your are going for passport be on time !
