No heating system, was very cold inside , the locals r very resourceful people, they shud look after the mosque facilities

All Mosques are best places for worshiping , bilal masjid is best in a sense that it is situated on main road and fully facilitated.

Bilal Masjid situated on Abdara road some 200 yards from main univerdity road, comprises of two floors (basement and ground floor). Its a beautiful mosque but its capacity is low as compared to number of namazeez specially for Jumma prayers.

Good place friday at 1 00.
