The place is good and has a special place for the family but the variety in Hi-tea was not good at all. The price was high but that did not provide special variety. I have been to other places and they provide much more with a lower price than this. But, overall good enviroment and great for reading books etc.

Honestly worst chai khana experience their chef doesnt even know how to cook a simple paratha and omelette. Hash browns were black and they mix up the order and would add more items on the bill. They served late due to which everything was cold.

The place offers variety of cuisine from starting from breakfast till night’s desert. Their speciality is tea as is obvious from their name. The ambiance is good suitable for friends and families. There are separate areas available for conference and birthdays. They have recently started High Tea which has a lot to choose from. I would recommend you to visit it and try some of their tasty food.

Worst experience. Ordered Spicy grilled chicken, after 15 mins the Waiter came and said the mentioned item aint available. I had to change the order. To chicken steak. It also came pretty late, and was so cold. Another order was Club sandwich, which also wasnt up to the mark. The bread was pretty dry.

Chaaye Khana is one of my favorite places to hang out with my buddies especially due to its cosy environment. Its beautifully decorated and furnished. There are book shelves around and lots of space. Their service is also very friendly, efficient and nice. The food on the other hand is a little expensive, for instance a regular cup of tea costs about 200, that is insane. But the food tastes good. Their waffles are delicious as well.

Most worst experience. Ordered Death by chocolate cake and instead they sent KitKat cake and that too was in hideously worst shape one can ever imagine. And the manager didn’t even bother to apologize rather gave us lamest excuse by saying that i garnished it myself to make it look beautiful. Shameless people. Spoiled whole day for us as it was suppose to be surprise birthday cake. I wont recommend this place at all.

Ordered chicken parmesan with a side of fries and strawberry margarita.The portion size was pretty adequate for a pricey dish of rs 965. I liked the dish but The fries and batter fried chicken had a strange taste of oil which has been fried in repeatedly. I ordered from chaye khana through foodpanda app. Their dont cook offer was a total scam. Tabahi of money and you get cold food. Very less quantity. Their rice was boiled and tasted like it was few days old. Gulab jaman (it was packed in funny tiny plastic thing). Rajhastani chicken was just ordinary piece u can easily get for 100 rupees (barbeque). Raita was spilled (that is a foodpanda rider mistake though their packing was loose. Anyways). Handi butter chicken was extremely less in quantity even not enough for one person. Their taxes will rise up the cost to 350. All in all, a horrible experience. Avoid this scam chaaye khana at all cost

I am not impressed. I have been there a few times but returned disappointed every time and felt that I wasted my money on low quality food. Taste is not good infact its very bad, cutlery is not clean (greasy as well as material sticking to it from previous use), chairs are uncomfortable with very dirty cushions, tables are unbalanced so they keep moving. Overall very poor.Most probably I will never visit again unless on some invitation that i cant skip.
