Under the Rule-4 of Emigration Rules, 1979, the Protectorates of Emigrants performs the following functions:-Process all demands in private sector of Overseas Employment Promoters according to the procedure laid down by the Director General.Ensure that Emigrants fully understand the terms and conditions of employment abroad as given in the foreign service agreementInspect the conveyances caring the departing and returning emigrantsInquire into the treatment received by returning emigrants during the period of their residence abroad, and return journey, and report findings of such inquiry to the Director GeneralAid and advise emigrants, when departing from, or returning to, PakistanSubmit reports to the Director General on the performance of the Overseas Employment PromotersInspect the offices of the Overseas Employment Promoters and the places at which they select person for emigrationSupervise the work and behavior of the Overseas Employment Promoters in relation to general public and render them such advice as the circumstances may requireObtain reports from the Overseas Employment Promoters on such forms as may be specified the Director General

Protector of immigrant office is situated a private house over canal link road between GT road and Dalazak road.This office dont have car parking facility. Being one of the busiest offices, cleanliness is not up to the required standard.

Beware from agents pay only 7200 in protector office in same place. Thats it No need to pay agents more.If you will do the same thing by your own it will take the same time how much time will take agents.Bring your required documents. Fill your forms why you are one make online registration with immigration office means protector office also one photograph passport size. You can pay for the bank and insurance everything in the same office in this office.

No sitting aera dirty place. And no service mo reception jist i feel i am in jungle

The process is so lengthy if you are going for protector in a legal way. Almost whole of your day is Required to get the protector stamp on your passport.

Place where fee of protectorate is deposited by country largest bank National Bank of Pakistan and also a facility of account opening for expatriates for home remittances.

Bad service.whole staff are corrupt even the complaint cell staff are too.you have to go through bribe then your work will be done.
