What a terrible reflection on culture and arts in KP. This hall is owned by the ministry of culture, yet it is not maintained and very dirty. We had a musical event here, and even the artist and guests noticed how dirty the hall is.The carpets are filthy, the seats are broken, the floors were all dirty. The bathrooms were horrible. And their security guard told people tickets were sold out when they werent! Sadly there are very few places in Peshawar to hold musical events, but there is one in hyatabad. I would not recommend nishtar ha, with the two Ls even missing from its name! And of course no parking facilities. No lights and poor sound facilities, bring your own!
