Very 3rd Class Services & Unprofessional Staff & Management... I Went There For My PASSO Engine Check Light Yesterday They Didnt Solve My Problem But Charged Me 10000 , And When I Ask Them Regarding The Check Light Problem Then They Make Excuses , Until That It Was Very Late And They Close Work Shop .. Didnt Recommend To Anyone Dont Waste Your Time And Money.

The best place to buy new Toyota vehicles and their routine maintenance. The staff is good and knows what they are doing. The quality of service is good.

Went there for oil change of my Vitz 2015 (40K mileage)first of all they put wrong grade of oil in my car, they put 10W40 while my Car is supposed to run on 0W20 or 5w30 fully synthetic, this wrong oil could have literally ruined my car engine, and one of their guy told me to pour 20w50 at 60K mileage lolthe guy who did the oil change had no idea about the amount of oil it takes ( Vitz 2015 takes almost 2.8 liter with filter change) but that guy put 3.5 litre, they dont have any charts for the correct oil grade and amount, they just put whatever their mind say loli had to revisit the their the next day and had the extra oil removed, and later i had to drain all that oil and pour 0w20,so the oil change was total waste of money, so kindly dont just blindly hand over your car to them, tell them about the proper grading and amount or else they will mess up your engine.Edit: as i expected from your reply everyone at the toyota frontier motors have no idea about the engine grade oil of japanese cars. as i told said, you guys just suggest oil based on your own without refering to any manual. I have the japanese manual from Vitz 2015 and it clearly states 0w-20 engine oil for 1kr fe Vitz , and even with a simple google search you could have known thats the recommended oil is 0w20 but you all are too retarded at frontier motors to do a simple google search, and btw you are a manager service at toyota and have no knowlegdge about engine oils, so what can we even expect from the other staff, you all at the toyota frontier are a bunch of sheeps, i would suggest you to educate yourself and your staff on this matter.

Very friendly and professional processing for Repairs are followed by the staff fir their cars. When ever you got to tune the car made by toyota, they do it the right way. They told me I dont need any tuning as it was running fine. Other local workshops do NOT know the exact numbers and things Toyota cars needs to run on. Its not just spark plugs cleaning along with throttle body the tightness of spark plugs also matters big time on it. So there are things which others never know.

Its an ordinary toyota showroom, i would prefer mardan showroom over this one, i feel the customer service they provide there is a bit better

The facilities are very nice. Body shop, service station, engine and other facilities. You can buy new Toyota vehicles as well. Customer service standards can be improved. The technical advisors are more keen to sell you the detailed service packages. They should be more keen on suggesting packages that may be of value to customers instead.

A bit expensive as compared to market but it is the best place to get my car serviced. I feel visible change in the car transmission and pick as compared to open market. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to check their vehicle out.

Was a regular repair and maintenance customer till yesterday. Used to drop my car on my way to office and pick it up ready on my way back to home. They scratched it yesterday and I didnt notice until I parked it at home. Now Im not sure I will ever be able to trust them again.

Nalaiq technician and mechanics. Failed to repair My cars echo light then claimed that this car doesnt even have echo option. Disgusting.
