Honda North is a one stop solution for all Honda vehicle related issues. This is a factory licensed outlet so you can purchase vehicles and their mechanics are trained in every particular issue that their cars face.The only downside is that the working hours are fixed and they close shop at 5 pm. Their prices for spare parts are really high as well but their parts last a long time. I would only recommend getting your car seen by them.

Have worst experience whenever i went there! They broke my catalytic converter intentionally as they sell the end product for 6-7 thousand rupees per Kg (mechanics told me this), and that cost me 22 thousand to replace it with another one (2nd hand). They did the same with other guys as well.Mechanics outside do better work with far lesser charges.

Official Honda services are offered here ..so all those who like to maintain their log can do that ....They were bit jammed today but still the mechanics working was at par and I kept observing if they miss anything but they didnt .Their rep guy ( the bulky one found on the entrance) who tells what your car needs etc is kind of a smarty pants ....rest the staff is professional with their work.The cashier section needs a major overhaul it seemed like some antique office with files here and there , presents a depressing view.They have a decent sitting area which is air-conditioned and a WiFi (I didnt use the WiFi if it was working it not but it was broadcasting)Sorry I couldnt take any pics of the showroom as there are ample of those so Ill upload mine

Very professional crew. Bought 2 cars from here and all maintenance done from here. Very prompt and satisfactory service.

Their break timings are 1-2 normal days and on Friday its 12-2 so if youre going to get oil change and coming from another city so timely manage or call them to confirm.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Fixed my 2018 Honda Civic windows power mechanism under warranty and it is still faulty and they forgot to put the mirror cover and when i found out at home that it is missing I came back to them. They said they had put the cover back on and it might have dropped outside and they fail to admit responsibility. I had to order new one by paying for it.I have ordered steering wheel assembly under warranty more than a month ago and still no sign of it.
