The Federal Public Service Commission(FPSC) is a federal agency of Government of Pakistan that is responsible for recruiting civil servants and bureaucrats for Government of PakistanThe Public Service Commission was set up for the first time in British colonial rule in 1926. After independence, the commission was established in Pakistan in 1947 under the provision of Government of Pakistan Act.

Veri important federal government office for recruiting federal civil servants through tough exam known as CSS central superior services. The head office is in Islamabad on constitution avenue. But it has branches in capital cities of pakistan for convenience of candidates. Here they are interviewed by interview panel which included two or more persons accordingly.
