Cooperative and well mannerd stafff

Had to get the token (finger printed, pictured) 3 times due to either a mistake on the token or lack of info provided, such as not informing about 5 or 10 year option. Upon asking to view the picture before finalizing it, like they do at NADRA for ID card, the clerk asked not to be bothered alot.Process that could have been done in 45 mins took 2 hours and 45 mins.

I been there for passport issue. Its a well furnished office. Its staff very polite.So i endorse it for the people of Peshawar.

I visited the peshawar regional passport office on 15-02-2018.Ambiance was not healthy. Floors, fans and queue system boards were quite dirty.The average time taken by photo booth was 1 minute, 30 seconds for biometric verification and 1.5 minutes for data entry.No TVs were available in the hall for the waiting people.No dust bin was available.ADs were quite slow. One of the AD ( the petite one) was talking out of his office with his relatives for more than an hour.Following was the head countPhoto booth staff 2/3Biometric 1/2Data entry 2/5AD 2/3SuggestionsHead count should be ensured and in case of any absence, back up staff should be availablePayment can be made in National bank only. Other banks should also be made on board for acceptance of paymentTV should be in place so that people can keep entertained.Guidance for the process should be displayed

Anyway but inexpensive helpful for poor and mid class people.

Cant give less less then one rating. Every one wants to give zero rating. No discipline. No rule no administration. Only rude behavior from gatekeeper till director. Ahhhh average service.hayatabad passport office like a Itwar Bazar.unmannered staff.but the executive passport office is opposite to this office.they took 3000 extra charges but no worries whenever u go.no crowed.owsum place for making passport if anyone have money.NBP Booth is much much incredable thing in this office.

Well managed, courteous staff, extremely fast rate of work and ample seating for candidates. TCS service ensures passport arrives at your doorstep timely.Photocopier, food stalls and taxi services are also available.Need to visit early though. Takes not more than forty minutes for entire process if youve got your stuff in order.
