The Peshawar High Court (Urdu: عدالت عالیہ پشاور‎) is the highest judicial institution of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. It is located in the provincial capital Peshawar. The Parliament passed a bill extending the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court (SC) and the Peshawar High Court (PHC) to Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), one of a handful of reforms paving the way for a merger of the tribal areas with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

All the Developed Countries have made their fortune through high quality education. The recent initiative by KPK government to fill the posts in E&S education department without a condition of having a professional degree will bring highly educated and trained people to primary, middle, and high level schools. This initiative will bring a positive educational revolution in the country. As for as professional degree holders are concerned, so they have done their professional degrees from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) while siting at their homes. Our country could not get its educational objectives due to this failed educational system. there is an ongoing case in Peshawar High Court regarding professional degree holders which has been filed by some of the professionals demanding that the condition of having a professional degree should be restored, but a question arises that why has Peshawar High Court stayed on these recruitments, nevertheless, they (Non-professionals) will follow the same degree course after their appointments? So, hereby we suggest to CJ of PHC to re-consider the case regarding recruitmrnts in E&S Education Department.
