This was a very famous ground back in the days. It used to be the only main part of peshawar and the biggest attraction for many was that it was run by army so it was clean. It had large grounds where children could play and families could enjoy picnics. Food shops were also there and a play pen for children also existed. Different swings for people of all ages were another major attraction with the 360 degree pirate ship as the star of the show.What many people didnt know that there was a famous army uniform shop (famous among the army) among these shops as well.Now its a deserted ground with trees growing out of control. Hopefully the administrators will put it to good use

Good and foody place have reasonable price

Once Army stadium was a nice place for fun like children park, restaurants, takeaways and amusement park, but due to law and order situation in the city, it was closed permanently. Only a few commercial activities is going on in this place. This area is under military authority and control. Reopening of this park will be a blessing for the people of peshawar.

Thi stadium has restaurants & take aways, MacDonalds, Pizza hutt, amusement parks and gaming facilities.

Army stadium is permenant closed by Pakistan Army. Now we can enjoy Garrison Park instead of Army stadium.

A good place to visit only on Saturday as it is family day. Still there is no restrictions on the nearby employees of food court restaurants for smoking in the Fun land area which is only for children and families. God knows what happens on rest of the weekdays other than Saturday.The administration takes a hefty amount on entry, yet no people friendly services are available. There is no clean and tidy rest rooms are available, specially for ladies. No prayer area for ladies.Strange rules are also there to surprise you. Like your kids cant bring their soft ball for play. However, they can buy from the guys selling inside the park area.If you want to take a look around the adjacent garrison park then you have to pay again and if you want to come back... yes, pay again.So, the progress is that long time ago we heard about a multi story cineplex to be made in this area...At the end of the day... it seems like the people running this area are good at wasting it.

Last month during my visit to Peshawar, i visited this Stadium and Park with it. It is very spacious and managed very well. I especially liked it maintainance and the way it is kept clean. Every Park must be managed in similar manner so that everyone could feel comfortable to go places like this with family and childrens. I hope its beautiful will increased in spring season as i visited it in winter.

That place is really nice but i avoid going there because i dont find myself comforatable. Its no more a family place but a place where teenagers showoff their hondas and corollas. ( the only variety of car,)

Not at all good place for families. Crowd of single men/boys wandering and starring over ladies here due to which families feel extremly uncomfortable whenever they visit.. Though good place for children with male adult family member only. No single men/boys entry must be allowed especially during family days.

It was a park with rides and fun for kids and families but know its closed. So dont bother to go there.
