I liked the hi-tea a lot.it has a delicious variety of food. It covers all ur tummy need of brunch,lunch and supper.The taste and ambiance are perfect.Plus the sweet melody of their singer creates beautiful memory to ur meal.

It had the worst food , i have never been so disappointed.Their steaks were ridiculous, it seemed more like boiled beef rather than grilled.Id never go there or recommend it to anyone.

This time i found sheltons Rezidor different as compare to my last visit. Outclass service, Buffet Breakfast was also fair to booking rate. I love it.

I went on new year 2021 Eve for Dinner buffet ,tablets were set far away from buffet. Poor experience with their buffet. No proper courses were there. Service was super slow.They were not picking up the plates and hence they piled up. Further, the desserts were not present rather two kheeers were present with an ill taste. Very poor experience.

Best Hi tea in peshawar

A really nice hotel to stay in the provincial capital of KPK, the city of Peshawar. The hotel has rather small area but multiple floors makeup for the congested space.They’ve decorated the place really well and kept the touch of classic living rooms in their lounges. The waiting area on the ground floor is very well decorated giving a glimpse of royal charm of living.The rooms are spacious, well lit, separately air conditioned (no central air conditioning), provided with basic furniture and a TV with satellite channels.Washrooms are neatly built, but small and compact but workable. However they don’t provide hair dryer in washrooms.Despite everything being nice and cozy, the breakfast at the restaurant is very limited with narrow range of options. No muffins, croissants, fresh fruits, butter or even paratha and omelette were available. This pushes down the rating.

REPLACE ALL STAFF! I was staying there during a business trip. No breakfast buffet, staff didnt know what an espresso shot is and completely served the wrong breakfast as ordered. Function at 8pm which made it impossible to sleep. Reception staff had the audacity to tell me that there is no noise. Nice rooms but horrible staff!

Good staff behavior and ambious was also good. Only one issues that noise of outside traffic was interrupted during sleep. It must be sound proof.

I remember when I stayed 3 years ago and if I compare it with today, theres a huge difference, the hotel has definitely improved. Reasonable prices and good service

A three start establishment with good standards. Its located on main road which has certain downsides including being a little noisy. Place is very close to Bacha Khan International airport (Around 10 minutes drive). Interior is nicely decorated with a small but comfortable lobby.Staff is generally young, energetic, courteous and ready to help. Rooms are nice, big in size and clean. I experienced room service as well as dinner at the restaurant. Food was very tasty, well prepared, good portion and very economical.Some of my colleagues reported hygiene problems associated with need linen and towels. Hotel most address these issues. For a three star hotel, a good choice.

My stay here was comfortable. I have been to Peshawar two times. This time I stayed here and this hotel is far better than the previous one. Rooms were spacious and clean. The furniture looks excellent. Theres a KFC very few meters away.The only downside is that the breakfast at this hotel is below average.

Although this hotel chain has numerous hotels at location across Pakistan but conditions of rooms, washrooms towels and hygienic point of views is pretty bad...Although tee lobby is pretty much OK but the min u walk in the room its all disappointing.....Its an average place for a stop over but not a place to book when ur on holiday as it will spoil ur mood.. Located on university road it takes hours to reach due to traffic in rush hours... And ya if u have luggage then if the porter carrrys it for u its fine otherwise be ready to climb a couple of steps with all that luggage after a long tiring ride from ur destination...

It is one of the hotel in the town with luxury rooms and great room service. They also have some great resteurents with continentals chinese and local food. One can enjoy their stay here with peace of mind. Not very cheap but good value for money.

Hotel for residence is good but it lacks to provide basic utensils of bath area . you have to remind hotel management staff for bath towels and even after reminding they provide me single towel instead of pairs . Best service ..good rooms

We rented a few rooms.On arrival, check in was fast and courteous. And the reason for the star. The lobby is decorated well.Rooms are above average, with either 2 singles or a queen sized bed. If you look around, the state of the rooms are in disrepair.Bathrooms are horrible- old, broken tiles, smell of sewage, and the hot water only lasts for 3-4 mins before it needs to be turned off for a recharge for 15 mins.The staff (housekeeping and restaurant) are unpolished and callous. I think they need to be re-trained or let go. No one bothered to clean tables, replace cutlery on tables, or replace cups and plates on the buffets. The staff is really poorly trained and don’t seem to care.I would stay elsewhere.

Ambience was good and staff is friendly. Especially loved their bakery items at Bakeology. Didnt see much difference in the prices.

Modern, clean and spacious room. Impressed. Nice chilling ac. Good bathroom with all basic amenities. Ample parking out front and in the basement as well. Didnt try the restaurant for dinner but the buffet breakfast they offered was delicious with a good spread . Theres a kfc right next door too. Nothing else to do outside unless you have a car to go around.

Salty dishes were too good except the desert and bakery items. Tea was average. Ambience was good. Staff and waiters were well behaved. Sitting was spacious. Overall it was a nice experience. I would recommend everybody.
