The hostess serving in FM are having v rude behavior, she served plain water once only and she kept sitting near to the drivers seat and kept on talking and laughing with him. She never bothered to respond on repeatedly alerts by passengers to reply either they might be asking for any info or water, non of her headache shes only there to amuse the driver. Its not an encouraging gesture from such a renowned bus service, regards.

Bus quality is much better than some big names but terminals need some improvement for sitting or praying areas.

Faisal Mover is one of the worst bus service I ever used comparing to there other competitor.I travel Peshawar to Lahore November 2020 in there businesses class which not a business class but change of seat only in front 3 rows .The staff was very rude and all the way she was talking loudly with the driver on to keep him wakeup.when we complaint she react like as that she will throw all the passengers on the road at that mid night ... No food served.This my experience as the ticket is too high for business class and that not deserved to be called the local GTS old busses are better to see its compart...

Fare increase between Peshawar and Lahore and passenger recreation not available anymore. Quality is compromised now. Also, from Lahore to Peshawar, no proper management of passengers riding, every one rides at own choice, zero discipline. Although driver and crew have great attitudes, but they have nothing except coke and water.On 16, while travelling from Peshawar to Lahore in bus, one glass was broken partially, but still the bus was driven. The open glass was covered by cotton, which flew away in middle. Nearby Lahore the complete glass was flown due to air pressure. God knows, where that glass fell.

It is a standard Bus terminal with a good Bus service. Busses usually take more time for departure than the given time. Bus service is good but now a days they are not serving any snacks in the trip. Only water and soft drinks are served within the busses.

Travelling is good. Seats are wonderful.More management is required of terminals especially Peshawar Terminal.Busses leave 10 to 15 minutes late, on average, but reach destination on time or even early, a trick every travelling company shall learn.

It wasnt a bus it was a flying coach, they deceived us.

Faisal Movers bus service is very famous in pakistan. I am traveling today from peshawar to lahore in faisal movers but in peshawar terminal the staff is very bad because they used very bad behaviour when i told them that i have some phone that are registered with PTA and i have all the legal documents. They stock checking person was so unejucated that he even doesnt checked my documents and reject my stock and used very abused language with me.

Great service and really nice buses with entertainment systems. Buses are usually on time and and they are very clean. On bus beverage service is also offered. Fares are reasonable when compared to other companies but the service is generally better than Daewoo Express.

Very bad service from Islamabad to Peshawar, I took ticket on 06 30 in the morning and departure time was 06 45 but unfortunately we couldnt departure until 08 15 and I was really depressed. And do not recommend to anyone els

If you wish to take the 9 am bus. Then take the 8 am bus because they always depart 45 minutes after the time specified.Other than that good service. Should have an prebooking system for tickets.

Faisal Movers a game changer in Transport facility, this legend not only defeated Deawoo but all others in terms of Service, statndard and Comfort.But then they started to follow the footsteps that led Daewoo to loose the game.Now the vehicle are not clean, staff is not wrll educated, time delays happen alot.Lack of communication between the company representative and passenger accours alot.I am still travelling in Faisal mover as I dont have an alternate. I pray that one day these giants realise that Profit is not the only moto... Comfort, Standards and Discipline maters alot.

The quality of buses are poor, no maintenance. AC are just OK. They donot leave on time, late for about 10 to 15 min. Busstops are not air conditioned.

Because they are growing and becoming payoneer of inter city bus services so services are going from best to ok and now pathetic. They have no wifi in business class even on phone booking they said yes. No refreshment In Highly charged business class. And I am witnessed an old lady ask for water they said you have already got one 500ml water bottle so no more water . Thats the bad side of picture in Pakistan when you know you are now one of the Tycon of your field. You are.going to loose your.moral.values and services. Lolzzz. How Ill mannered they are. LHR to Peshawar 1850rs with no wifi, no refreshment and only one 500ml water bottle. Drivers are very rude and unprofessional. you are a patient or need more water you will not get entertained more. And they will not agree to stop bus for buying water. Lolz and where is govt ?
