Two days back bought rusk from cakes n bakes okara... There was white hairs and thread like things baked with rusk... After complaining... manager said well call you back after discussing with head office but no response... Poor experience

Very rude attitude.I ask to write on cake and the person write with a very dull colour cone on a white toping cake. On requesting, he replied that company didnt make chocolate colour cones and he refuses. Which is not the case...They are specialist in cake making but they behaving like other sweets & bakers shop. So very disappointed.
