It is a very good electronics Store on three floors (ground level valet parking plus two floors ) Hand Sanitization and social distancing was followed .The sales staff were veey knowledgeable and the deals on cards and in the store were awesome.Latest models of laptops and other electronics nwere available as demo .The billing process is also very smooth.

All products are on display except premium ones like GoPro Hero 6. If you chose a product, they will give you one from store and not from display.They have huge collection of mobiles, tabs, cameras, Laptops, Desktops and household electronic items like Washing machine, Air conditioner, Fridge, hair Iron, cloth Iron, kitchen utility products, TVs, sound systems etc etc.From Dyson vacuum cleaners to Cannon DLSRs, apple iPhones to Samsung TVs everything is available on display for trying.Overall its a good experience.

Hey you can get lots of variety in each electronics items. But i get disappointed as the thing I were willing to buy was out of stock.

Store doesnt offer variety to choose from. Most of the latest brands or items are out of stock. Internet there is pretty slow. So even if the store keepers try to help you out to choose a product from other store it wont happen. Try reliance digital which is near by instead of wasting time there.

I buy a gas stove from croma, i love the overall whole service.When you confirmed your item then it was cleaned first and then itll be packed and then after checking by security youll recieved your item near your bike or car.And its on your choice that you want to go with your item or you want to deliver it on any place.

I just bought lenovo G3 from here and not even a month passed my mic and speaker were not working properly. I am just saying what happened in my case. Also the Worst staff I have ever dealt with. They do not listen to you and will keep you hanging. I showed my laptop to a staff member and he was pressing the enter so hard. Laptops have membrane keyboard which are likely to get damaged when keys are pressed with a lot of pressure. They do not know how to handle electronics. Consider this Croma as your last priority and if you have to consult a good staff member to get information go to Akshay. You will find him at Lenovo section.

They have worst customer service. They just believe in selling the product. I have purchased my oneplus mobile and they have given fake commitments for cashback on the product. its been more than 1 year I have not received cashback and they have not helped me to get the same as well. They were just postponing their work. I have recently purchased one Skullcandy bluetooth as well which was not working fine and they have committed for 2 years warranty but they have refused for the same. I have asked for the bill and they are unable to provide the same as well. Please do not buy anything from there as they will just sell their product and further they will not take any responsibility.

The place is good for electronic shopping.It is nearby karolbagh metro station. Walking distance of approximately 2 min. Easily accessible.Parking facility also available conditionally if its not full.I am able to find parking space whenever I go there.They have a good variety of electronic products.Finance services from different banking services are also available( Bajaj, IDFC, etc).The staff is really cooperative, knowledgeable about the products(the one I interacted with was well versed with the knowledge of the product that I purchased).

What is the service you guys are providing me?i have paid full amount and bought the machine why should i want the machine to be get repaired every month. Give me the final solution for this. Either change my machine or give my money back.

Purchase of samsung fridge 551 liters paid in advance and promise same day delvered but last movement said stating problem with the tempo then next day waiting many calls to store manager he said confirm delivered by today we hv close the store because of clear the pending delivery but not received till 6.00 pm after that postponed next day . Croma centre is at prime location beside Karol Bagh metro. It is two storey building. First floor equipped with electronic gadgets like mobiles, TV, earphones, Bluetooth etc and on second floor you will get home appliances like iron, tea cattle etc. But problem is that they dont provide many options like i went to take tea cattle of particular brand but it was not available over here.Baggage counter is there. Service is good. It also provides parking at ground floor.

Its at 2 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Two wheelers parking is available in the porch area of the building. The outlet is upto 3 floors with segment wise floor allocation. The staff is similar to that found at other croma outlets who lacks the way to handle a customer and having improper knowledge of the appliance they are placed at, but the outlet offers a huge variety of appliances.
