The owner is very friendly, cooperative and responsive. I was in urgent need of a Bluetooth keyboard and needed a particular model which was out of stock everywhere even IndiaMart. Logitech is nice brand and made great products no doubt. I am using Logitech products for a long time. Mostly I buy things online but this time I was in Nehru Place in August 2020 so visited this store for a gaming mouse model G 102,This mouse is available on Amazon about 1990 INR and I was hoping same or less price on store but store owner told price for this 2690 INR which is quite bit high. I asked them why so overpriced so he said we dont trust online products and cant say if amazon will give you original product of duplicate.Well no point of argument , I left store.

Logitech mouse are very goodbut they are costly

I have purchased a combo of mouse and keyboard, which have a warranty of three years. It has stop working after a year and i had given many calls to Logitech but no body had replied over the phone neither they bother to call back. i must say very poor services after sale. Please be very careful while buying their products.
