Best quality Roth Kachora (The pizza size big Kachori). My buwa & mother used to bring it from Nasirabad and since childhood I am fan of this. There are two types of kachora one is of urad Dal & another of Aaloo. Alloo kachora has to be consumed within a day or two whether moong dal kachora last up to a week. You can also try their spicy namkeen mixture.

The shop is situated in a small town of Nasirabad, around 25 kam away from ajmer. The place is an Army cantonment and thus has just the basics. But this shop has received a lot of appreciation for its Namkeen and especially its Kachora. It is bigger disc filled with spiced lentils and/or mashed potatoes filling. It tastes simply awesome and I believe just one Kachora would be sufficient for 3-4 people (except that youve developed a habit of eating it at regular intervals). It is a must visit place if you happen to be in Nasribad.They serve nice sweets too. And also a mist buy is their potato namkeen.P.S- Youd not be able to get/buy Kachora after 1 pm (It gets over).
