Basically focused on hiring professor etc but deliverance is not there. Col. Sahib is fully aware of the situation but cant do none.Visited during Ramdhan 2019 where some of the professor doctors were reluctant to touch the patient.#Shame:1- It was Ramdhan and Col sahib said, all were observing fast and come from Lahore.2- It was a day where so called conference was supposed to held, where patients were the main focus, how we can treat them well and moralsIn my meeting with Col. Sahib, I requested to him that please dnt fill papers only that you TREAT 30thousands patients as he was claiming but make it to 1000 only, where doctor no sorry the professors treat patients as human being. This would work for Sahara.

Quality treatment given to poor people who deserve it the most by senior faculty...
