I stayed with my family for two nights. The accommodation and services looked good at first, but we were really disappointed overall. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and stained. We asked them to change them but even the new ones were dirty and seemed used. The room was only mildly warm, and there was extra charges for heaters. And to top it all off, there was no warm water in the morning, infact the whole day contrary to what was promised(they promised that there will be warm water 24 hrs available in taps). Then there were minor issues like stained and dirty prayer mat, and very basic to none amenities (no water, old TV with bad reception, etc), no signals of WIfI.. We checked-out earlier than planned and left highly disappointed. Never going again, and WOULDNT RECOMMEND for families. The only good thing was the view from our room, which unfortunately we couldnt really enjoy.

Premier inn is an average hotel but very economical as compare to hotels at Mall Road. You can get a single room @ Rs. 2000 per day. Food is expensive and quality is also not good.

Had a comfortable stay , nice and cozy environment, On our request a Bonfire was arranged with live Bar b q, Spacious and clean rooms with stunning lush green valley view, Huge Lawn and enough Parking space. Top of it nice friendly and courteous staff.

I stayed here couple of times. Except tea, I never ordered food from here but these guys manage it if you want. It is 10 min walk from Mall. This place offers value for money.

Its nice and clean. Simple and not that expensive. The rooms are spacious enough. Good deal for the price. Dont expect anything fancy in terms of food. Its about a 10 minutes walk away from the mall road.

And to top it all off, there was no warm water in the morning, contrary to what was promised. Then there were minor issues like the slippery and dangerous entrance because of the slippery snow, and very basic to none amenities (no water, old TV with bad reception, etc). We checked-out earlier than planned and left highly disappointed. Never going again, and wouldnt recommend for families, especially in the winters and when theres snow. The only good thing was the view from our room, which unfortunately we couldnt really enjoy.

I stayed there with my family but felt really really disappointed. The room was spacious but very untidy with dirty and stained bed sheets. There was a weird kind of smell in the room. The bathroom comode was also not properly washed.The towel which was kept in the bathroom was also dirty and used. They claimed at the time of booking that we will get the warm water through out the whole day but it was not true. There is no intercom service in the room and u have to go by yourself to the reception to inquire about anything. I will definitely not RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is good and rooms are decently furnished. But its too far from Murree Mall which makes it lonely and quite.Though, its good for those who want to spend some quality time alone, but quite boaring for those who love hanging out.
