The food ia as delicious as other outlets in the middle East and Western countries.

Taste is good. Visited during corona with takeaway only which was a bad experience.

One of the best KFC experiences. The food was good, services was excellent and the Manager is a gem of a person. He personally apologized for the bad condition of the toilet and updated us that they will soon be moving to a new building on Mall Road.

They should maintain the ambiance. However its nice to have a good fast food chain in the mountains.

The restaurants needs a huge makeover. Cleanliness and hygiene need to be improved a hundred-fold. Only one bathroom working for ladies and gents which was very unclean and smelled. On my visit the food was fresh but they didnt have any diet cold drink. Staff forgot to give us dip sauce and spoons. Long wait yo get your order.

Nice ambience. My wife likes it. So do I. Its a bit towards the end of mall road but satisfied my hunger and that of my better half. Mall road is a busy place but this time it was not. I would like to visit it again.

KFC is not the KFC we used to visit 15 years ago. Fries are not fresh even home made fries are much better than KFC fries. Rates are very high as compared to quality of food. Truly waste of money. Try MacDonald or Pizza Hut instead.
