Never disappoints.Recently their rates have increased a bit, but the taste is unmatched - especially the chicken handi special. Biryani tastes very good. Overall, a nice place to be at for good desi food On Mall Road Murree we celebrate our Friends birthday there and allow us burn Cracker as well usually restaurants on mall road doesnt allow party birthday parties because of Busy Restaurants but there service was Good loved it Definitely will visit again inshaAllah

Spacious sitting area but taste is not too much good also there is no electronic or printed bills invoice and is too much expensive than other usmania hotel

Taste was good. I wonder, it is such a good restaurant having a large sitting area. But have no electronic or even printed pad for invoice. They just give invoice on white paper without mentioning the items they served only written bills in digits. So astonishing act by staff.

Awesome sitting space. Had breakfast with friends here. Paratha and omelette was great. Chanay were mediocre tho. Overall good place to visit.

Its a better option both for families and individuals because they have variety of dishes of normal food to special ones. Have huge Hall and seating arrangement. Prices are also economical. Chicken massala was enough for three persons. Their quantity is more than ordinary hotels. I liked it.

Thia place provides an environment for short time gathering with friends and family and for a bit of refreshments while travellingIts most precious thing is its cleanliness and maintenance. Sometime its managment gets out of order when there is a large gathering of people.This place is suitable for Tourists.Its taste and food quality is also very good.Sometimes it is so filled up that visitors have to waitFor several hours for there turn.

Visited last week. The soup was good but here was too much chicken in it. Chicken Tikka was just average. Had A Rogani Nan which was not good it was just breaking; when I complained they brought new one but same. The prices are reasonable and ambiance of the place is cozy

Good option while roaming Murree. It has almost all ranges of cuisine like, continental, Oriental, Fast food and sea food. Food quality is also good along with ambiance. Its better to dine in there than from anywhere else in Murree typically.

One of the oldest and renowned restaurant on mall road. The space on the upper ground is good and clean but the food quality is just so so.

Desi dishes are great but Chinese is not worth it.

Food is just average with staff attitude like they are doing a favour.. no tissues on the table. No ketchup. Steak without steak sauce.. chicken almond soup here is chicken corn soup with almonds on top.. :D

Food quality nor quantity is not satisfactory, staff was so rude, I tried to add a dish to my order and remove another 1 minute after the order but they added ine but didnt remove one and spoke so rudely. I will never visit this place even if they offer me free meal.

I visited them in murree. Food was good and taste was fine.The worst thing, however, was gents washroom. It was pathetic and so unclean. This is the one reason for placing 3 starts. Talking in terms of food only, I would rather rate them as 4 stars.

Service is OK, soup was not very good, other dishes were good. The condition of washrooms is not good.

Cutlery wasnt good. We ordered Chinese food but that was a bad decision. Sitting place is spacious and tidy and thats rare in the area.

Hotel and envoironment was quite appealing. Food quality and service was also not bad. Location is also good with availability of parking at all their locations. Decent place for dine in with friends and family. Staff are quite trained and well trained to serve .Recommended for their taste and quality

A chain of food restaurant located at many places in Pakistan. It offer traditional south asian food. I had chance to visit the one located on the bank of river Kabul nearby Nowshera city in KPK, Pakistan. I recommend to visit this place and enjoy the lamb steak.

Quite nice and lavishly furnished. Food was reasonably priced, and very tasty. The service is fast, and the waiting times for food is quick. However, the washroom was very filthy and so a point was deducted.

Visited Usmania in Muree. Good food and helpful staff. Bathroom was really dirty and unhygienic though, needs alot of improvement specially because tourist need to use the restrooms.

Its only big restaurant on the mall road. Staff was unaware of the term customer service. Little expensive but its fine if the delivering quality with good gestures, which is not the case. Food is fine but not exceptional. And one more thing they dont serve 24 hours. They declined to serve us when we get there after 12 at night in September.

Dirty dishes. My plate had a hair in it which I removed myself. Cold food was served to us. Surrounding, washrooms, sitting area and dishes were so disgusting that one can only feel vomit.
