Worst experience. I booked a package for Udaipur & the booking was forwarded to third party there. And they didn’t knew anything what was the discussion between me & Thomas was cook. Thomas cook representative Abdul worst didn’t even bothered to call them and convey all things. It was my parents 25th Anniversary and this guy didn’t even informed them. They were suppose to decorate the room but they didn’t even do that. These hotel guys in Justa Rajputana were so rude they told me we don’t know Thomas cook. All insulting people in the hotel. Thomas cook is just worst give their booking to third party. Worst is we are in unknown place need Thomas cook help hotel guys were crossing questioning us in insulting manner & the assistant of Thomas Cook Priya Khadhka kept her phone switched off all three days of weekend. Its really annoying. I just hated Thomas cook. I recommend not to book anything with Thomas cook for outing its worst. They give booking to third party and don’t even inform them.
