One of the oldest salons for men, Truefitt and HIll at Juhu is much reflective of the rich tradition and premium class that the brand carries. Had visited the Juhu franchise for the Royal Haircut and much royal it was - from the moment you enter the salon to the point you exit - they treat you like royalty. The barbers are skilled and well attired. The haircut included not just that - it included an elaborate hair wash, an oil massage and then another shampoo. Undeniably, the longest and the most royal haircut I have had yet.

Totally avoid Membership of this place. Not customer friendly at all. They constantly tell you they are busy, but in reality they are absolutely free. They are always short of staff and absolutely not helpful. I think the receptionist are instructed to say No for everything to show they are busy. This place is absolutely not worth becoming a member.I promise you that with this attitude it’s a question of time before they will be forced to close down.Miserable and totally avoidable

It was a terrible terrible experience. While it looks all fancy, don’t get fooled. The barbers have absolutely no clue when it comes to contemporary haircuts. I had to runaway from there to jcb to salvage whatever I could.

Visited this place for a clean up and beard trim/shave. What a place. Absolutely great environment to have an experience. All the staff were excellent and very good in being informative. I was booked in with Sohail who went through each step and product in detail. The haircut and shave I received was one of the best I have received and felt feeling great. I will definitely be back when I come to Mumbai again.

Quintessential barber shop with pampering for the male of the species

The Khar Branch seems to be better as compared to the Juhu one, with respect to the experience of the Barber (Thats what they call the stylists at TF&H). The place in juhu is done up better than the Khar branch though. However at the end of the day, its the stylist who matters more than the place.
