Bought a Noctua CPU cooler from Prime. After being assured over many emails that it would work with my machine configuration... I was sold one that required an optional free mounting kit which again I was promised but conveniently forgotten once the sale was made. Sadly Prime is an authorised seller for Noctua. I am basically stuck with a brand new cooler that I cannot use. I plan to bring it up with the manufacturer. Highly disappointed with Prime and their incompetence.

I made my first purchase amid the lock-down and i have to say that my order came within 6 days (Mumbai to Delhi). And made second purchase soon after and that arrived within 2 days only. Since Amazon now offers a very competitive prices on the IT components with mostly 1-2 days delivery, i would say that purchase the product from Prime ABGB as amazon doesnt provide the bill with the serial number that would be very helpful for claiming the warranty. i will definitely buy the products from this store than any other.
