I ordered the Panshikar Diwali special hamper for delivery to the US. But its been 10 days now I have not received it. I didnt even receive their shipping/tracking number so that I can be sure that they sent the package.I called them multiple times and messaged them multiple times. The only response I got is which location and Ill send the details soon. But there is no progress after that.I would nit recommend if the customer service is such!
The best authentic Maharastrain food is available at the centre of Mumbai is Panshikar , next out f western line of Dadar Station. I recommend to eat Kothimbir Vade and Farali misal. While writing my mouth was watering thinking about two of all time favourite dishesh.
One of the best mithaiwala in Dadar. Fresh n good quality mithai available.
When you are nearby to dadar station and looking to kill your hunger i suggest you to visit Panshikar . We ordered Puneri misal , moong pakoda and piyush. Misal was average , piyush was awsem. It cost us around 250 rs. Panshikar are well known for their sweets so dont forget to get one box of any sweets from here. They have good puneri taste for last 30 years. Panshikar offered you a traditional taste of maharashtrian snacks with wide variety in menu. Place is very limited you need to lucky to get seat for you. Piyush is must to try item from their menu. Great stuff. Very delicious.
Its an old place, we are buying sweets from my childhood, my personal favourite is Panshikar shrikhand.
Excellent sweets and Savouries. Yummy.
Hidden Gem..Place might look congested but is nice for group of 4 and also if you are a solo eater. It has seatings in a very narrow passage.Puneri Misal is lovely and a must have. (If you think misal should means it should always be spicy then stay away and you can stop reading review ). Usal poured in to make misal is of Watana (peas) and combination of Pohe, Batata bhaji and Shev is just perfect.Faraali Misal is also a lovely dish with Sabudana in it.Place accepts digital payments too including Google Pay and Paytms. There are no restrooms and washrooms.Place is hidden because of street vendors covering whole footpath and you have to look for their sign board. Place is right outside Dadar railways station west. Not even 50m from the platform.
Yummy Maharashtrian food. Esp. Upvasache padarth. Must try
Wanna eat at someplace decent and make sure you get good yet hygienic food? Go to Panshikars, located bang opposite of Dadar West Station. Misal Pav, Farali Misal & Piyush Are my favourites from their menu.. They have wide range of Mithais too for you sweet tooth.. Ideal breakfast & evening munching destination without burning hole in pocket..
One of the oldest maharashtrian eatery of dadar or mumbai. the brand panashikar is famous for quality. their sweets are revoured by marathi people for years. the eatery offers regular maharashtrian fare of misal, sabidana khichdi sabudan vada etc. everything is tasty. but noteworthy are thaalipithh, aluwadi and faraali misal. they also offer a fasting special thali. not to be missed. there is a bit of space crunch. and service needs improvement.
Great place for sweet lovers
Wonders of Authentic taste.
Its opposite Dadar station, serving best of Maharashtrian fast food. They serve some of the best Maharashtrian dishes. Its famous among locals.
Very good restaurant. Very easy to locate as its just beside Railway Station. Its always crowded because of its delicious food. They serve typical Maharashtrian food they also have special menu for fast. Must visit
Food is always hot and seems to have freshly cooked - thats the best part. All items served are traditional.Thalipeeth is around 10cm diameter and tastes very good. They don’t serve it with a butter topping.Combo meal has a sweet item - motichoor ladu. On different occasions the motichoor ladu tasted (rather its density, sweetness, etc.) different. The puran poli is good, but is served without ghee on top.Waiters should be much more friendly.
Great Maharashtrian snacks
They serve mouthwatering Maharashtrian delicacies. Every dish here explains why people in Maharashtra talk so much about their special snacks. I would suggest everyone to visit this place and just eat...
So much clean and quality items
Very good quality and quantity of servings. The waiters and the people on the counter need to have a smile on their faces..
Maharashtrian specially for upvas, you can visit this place.farali misal is great, try once, other than upvas snacks others are also good, visit once, great experience.

This place is quite small but the taste that you get is just yummyy...u will get snacks aw well as sweet combo here...so if ur roaming around dadar station do visit this place...
Panshikar is located just 2 minutes away from Dadar station on the Western side. Its one of those legendary outlets serving delicious Maharashtrian fare as well as having a storefront for selling sweets and savouries. We had Piyush here which was gulped down within 10 seconds. These folks are also famous for their Shrikhand and Amrakhand which we took home. Will try out other items on the menu whenever I get a chance.
Always unique in taste. Be it garali misal, thalipeeth or puneri misal. Dahi is little saur in taste...need to improve.
Good Maharashtrian breakfast near Dadar station. Bhajani thalipith with superb coconut chutney is a favorite. Must visit for breakfast of around.
Misal here is amazing. The perfect one that I can say...
Superb place for pure Maharashtrian food. I have lunch here whenever I visit Dadar
It is a place with snacks on the menu, they have puneri misal.. the misal was good and even the piyush.. taste is different.. it was a first time visit. Being near the market it has an little easy access and overall good service.. the menu is short and simple. People visit it for snacks and also to buy sweets
Serve Maharashtrian food. Outside dadar railway station west side.Only snacks item, no lunch menu.
You need to ask service and you get it. E.g. provide bill, provide paper bag, provide tissue etc. Quality and taste of sweets are good. Rates are discounted in compare the to other sweet shop. This brand is popular. This specific shop is throw away distance from railway station but not easily noticable. Outside area is too crowded with chaos.
Awesome....Dahi wada is specility.....value for money
Sabudana batata puri is not good which I ordered.
Popular for farali misal / upvas misal and piyush But its weekly off is not fixed, Monday or Sunday. In ganpati days no one can eat, only purchase Modak Now also branch in Thane, Dombivali. Suggest to have in Nashik also

I enjoying it from my childhood.
Address : Gananath CHS, S.B. Road, OPP DADAR STATION, Dadar West, Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400028Panshikar Sweets is a good place to go to get your stash of Maharashtrian sweets. You might get a bit confused if you Google map it as there are many Panshikar sweets shops in Mumbai but there’s a simple story behind that.sweets and savoury snacks on sale here are made fresh at the shop every day. They make their own srikhand at Panshikar. This is made with curd hung over a cotton cloth called the chakka.Once done with your mithai shopping at Panshikar you can taste some chilled and refreshing piyush here which is a Maharashtrian lassi made with curd churned with sugar (lots of it at some restaurants), bit of cardamom and saffron.

Worst ever!! The taste is degraded now.
Good quality sweets and very famous for piyush
Test is good. Little overpriced
Something of old historical significance. Its to be the sweet shop for the masses of Mumbai. Known for its excellent preparations going on with the old tested recipes for decades.Mind it not easily accessible have a to walk around a lot to find the same. Impossible to reach it by car.So better find an online delivery option which can pick up and deliver it.
Food quality is good, but space wise its very small hotel.
It offers Decent marathi food. If you like moderate spicy food, this is the place for you
Food is good.Hotel is neat and clean.Quality and quantity is awesome.Prices are little bit higher but its ok
