The owner Shahid Shaikh is a knowledgeable guy & first enquires the needs of a customer & then gives the best suggestion. He is here not to dispose off his inventory. Yes, my cycle came to his shop with much delay due to the pandemic & Shaikh was apologetic.

Rude staff! Poor attention to customers requirements! Less variety! Buy this or leave attitude!I think the increasing number of cycle sales during the lockdown has got into the head of the staff. This store is run by Imperial cycles, a fairly well known cycle seeler in Mumbai.I had a terrible experience today, a staff member named Mr. Shahid was rude since the beginning - He wasnt polite while asking customers to wait outside, not patient while showing the cycles and not friendly at all! I tried to inquire about the different models, its functionalities, price etc but he was trying to force sell the stock he had as if he were selling eggs or bread in a daily needs shop. He wasnt patient while attending to customers and displayed an air of superiority and being extremely busy. The customers before us walked out without buying anything, so did we.Feedback to Imperial cycles - Youre selling high priced cycles, your staff has to be trained accordingly and have to manage the customers better.

About 2 months back, I purchased my first trek fx2 disc from Imperial cycles and their owner Shahid as well their manager Faizal were both extremely helpful in helping me pick the right bike. I got the best deal, great bike indeed along with super bontrager accessories and valuable riding tips from them. They were very customer centric and I absolutely loved that part about them.

Very unprofessional and disorganised. Waited an hour for a bike to get assembled only to find out that it has damages. Waiting for another half our now and they still cant get an undamaged piece. Finally took a refund and left. NEVER COMING BACK!
