I actually made a mistake and booked it for a day later than intended. So I arrive there and they tell me this and that they are full. Its 11.30pm, I have been driving for 12 hours. They said, dont worry just give us 5 min. 5 min later they found a room (identical to the booking), during the night conferred with Expedia, applied my payment (for next night) to my current stay, all without any bother and without even telling me. The facility is nice and clean, very well built (mostly marble, done tastefully). Rooms are spacious. Food is pretty good (I only had breakfast buffet). Service (front desk and room service) is prompt, polite and friendly. Loved the experience

Now there is no coffee machine avlb at breakfast. You have to enjoy separate tea and coffee at breakfast. 1* for that. Rooms are good and courteous staff.

Spacious and luxurious. Built with style. But the staff take the cake. Take service to the next level. I booked for a day later than when I showed up. Drove 12+hours and am standing there at 11.30pm to realize that my booking isnt until tomorrow. The guy at the counter says. Dont worry lets get you in a room, well sort it in the morning. Next morning, they have already talked with Expedia, changed my booking and I didnt have to pay anything more.

Refrigerator did not work. 1. Had problem with TV BUT THEY FIXED IT. ENTIRE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT

Just simply amazing, this was my 3rd stay- 2nd through HOTEL.com They upgraded Both my rooms for free to Delux TwinBut unnecessarily charged extra matters for another room, as the occupants where 4 and room could accommodate 3 only- so instead of 1 extra mattress they charged for 2 But the comfort, buffet breakfast, ambiance, bedding was 11 out of 10

I love the stay at avari express,specially breakfast buffet is very delicious.

This hotel is centrally located, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was helpful. They can improve on the breakfast offering...though it was not too bad as they made me a fresh paratha on request. We only stayed for a night so wanted some utility to be made for our driver which not available but space was available for the car to be parked. Overall a pleasant experience.

After a long trip by road from Karachi we really needed a nice place to stay the night and Avari was the perfect place for us.

Which is cheery on the top and staff is really humble and courteous

An out and out perfect place to spend your peaceful days at. The services were spotless and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we faced no issues in any way and were very responsive to our needs. Needless to say, our stay at the Avari Xpress was great! Highly recommended!

It is a relatively newer property with very good rooms. All the furniture is new, the floors are fresh and the wash rooms clean and shining. Corridors are a bit small, design is slightly congested. Lobby is small but quite well managed. They have a restaurant at the ground level where they serve breakfast, lunches and dinners.There are practically no meeting rooms, the only meeting room they have is Right next to parking and it is impossible to conduct a meeting.Food quality is good.The highlight of this hotel is.... The staff. They are just wonderful. They have all the time to listen to you. Great place.

A nice hitel with friendly staff, the rooms are comfortable, neat clean and have a good quiet environment. The room service us a bit slow but in a small city that can be ignored. Mybstay there was memorable as i havent faced any issues. The biryabi of hotel is a must try as it is cooked to perfection. The rates are reasonable and like most hotels in small cities they dont interfere much with guests.
